I spent a few hours wandering around Sloane Square + King’s Road today and honestly… it’s such a good day out.

This year’s theme is “Out of This World” and there are over 125 floral displays across Chelsea - all completely FREE to see 👀

Walk past giant floral installations, flower-covered shop fronts, space-themed displays, and SO many cute photo spots at every turn 🌍💐

Happy Indepence Day, Incredible India! 🇮🇳

📸 The Best Views in Porto to add to your list

Orange rooftops, hillside streets, the Douro river below, I think Porto just hits differently from above. 🇵🇹🧡

Did you know? The terracotta tiles you see aren’t just pretty; they’ve been keeping the city’s homes cool in the summer and warm in the winter for CENTURIES!

🧭 Here are my TOP 3 viewpoints to see them

📍 Porto Cathedral [1&2]- high above the Ribeira district, you’ll see rows of orange rooftops and the Douro River, even the Clerigos tower in the distance. It’s like a postcard!

📍 Miradouro da Vitória [3] - quiet, underrated and FREE. This spot gives you a city view without the crowds.

📍 Luís I Bridge (top level) [4&5] - my #1 spot - nothing beats this one at sunset 🌅. Thank me later 👌

⭐️ BONUS SPOT ⭐️ Jardim do Morro (just across the bridge in Vila Nova de Gaia). Grab a drink here, listen to the buskers and watch the sunset.

💫Ok hear me out! 💫

Last year was incredible. 14 trips, 22,000+ air miles, beautiful sights and sunrises...and memories of places and fellow travellers that I'll cherish forever.

❗️BUT all that travel alongside a full time job can often leave someone exhausted. 🥴 And that's exactly what happened to me.

So in 2025 I’m slowing down.

This means -

➡️ Prioritising meaningful trips - fewer trips = more time to explore and immerse myself into my surroundings.

➡️ Saying NO to rushed itineraries.

➡️ Listening to my body. I love sunrises and early starts, but if I'm tired and want to skip things or have a nap, then so what?

🌎 It’s not about travelling less—it’s about travelling better, and with more intention in 2025.

📆 We’re 2 weeks into 2025 (ALREADY! 😯), but I’ve FINALLY had a moment to reflect on my 2024 travel —and wowee, what a year it was 🌍✨

✈️ I’m a (mostly) solo traveller, balancing my adventures around a 9-5 corporate job, and STILL somehow managed to rack up over 22,000 air miles ✈️ across 14 incredible trips in 2024!

🌎 Last year was full of adventures, surprising destinations, unbelievable hospitality, and a lot of self growth, and I can't wait for what 2025 brings.

ATTENTION NATURE LOVERS! 🌿

💡 Did you know the Blue Mountains in Australia get their name from the blue haze created by those forests of eucalyptus trees you see? Swipe ➡️ to see even more beautiful blue.

A 2-hour train ride from Sydney, this National Park is the perfect escape! From a short 1-hour stroll or a full-day 20km hike, there’s a trail for everyone!

❗️NEED TO KNOW: ⬇️

💰 The park itself is free to enter (on foot) but there are activities (like a funicular) which cost extra.

🚃 Catch the train from Sydney Central to Katoomba (then a local bus or walk) for around A$7 each way.

🚗 If driving, there's parking at popular spots like Echo Point and Scenic World. (Under A$10 per vehicle parking fee)

📍 Melbourne, AUSTRALIA. 🇦🇺 ~ The city that stole my heart..

OF COURSE this needed to be my first post! 💖 Australia will always be a 2nd home to me, especially good old Melbs.

Why, you ask?

🐨 I've experienced some of my best (and worst) moments there and it's where I learned to love the outdoors, nature, my surroundings, and most importantly myself.

🐨 Melbourne is a DREAM, with its hundreds of laneways, fascinating architecture, street art, secret bars, culture, festival scene and countless sporting events!

🐨 It's also home to the best coffee ☕️ in Australia (although Sydneysiders may challenge me on that!!)
