My first NPC National Competition and I placed top 5 in Men’s Physique 50+ 💪🏅. I was honored and humbled to participate alongside so many fit, committed, experienced and accomplished competitors who’s hard work and dedication is an inspiration for me to continue to improve.
Big shoutout to two people without whom I couldn’t do it - my trainer @mikelynnifbbpro and my coach @goob_u2 - I put my trust in you and the process and your expertise. I’m excited to see where we go from here. #npc #npcuniverse #npcphysique #npccompetitor #mensphysique #fitness #fitnessmotivation #competition #scruff #instagay #contestprep #fitat50 #muscle #npcuniverse2022 by @wheresgiladnow

Sometimes, when the axis of the Earth aligns with the curvature of the Moon just so, I take a non-gym pic.
