I’ve always loved running, so much so that last year I led a running movement at NIKE in EMEA, including with Hood to Coast in the US. *Oops not wearing NIKE rn.

Over the past few months I’ve put that same energy into training for my first half marathon. Now I’m close to the finish feeling fit and ready.

A positive reminder that with discipline, and a strong mindset you can achieve your personal goals. Special thanks to @frcamsterdam too, running is even better when done together! ❤️

Next stop, Half Marathon 🔥🏃🏻‍♀️

Those 600 acres, golden hour, cool pool, what did I miss? 🧊🥶🩵 A little tribute to @champagnepapi while we wait for #iceman to melt its way out.

I might have to drop this wonderful holiday spot sometime too ✨ #eurosummer #summer #travel #destination by @wheresmelika

May this be a blessed beginning for us all, and for those celebrating the start of Lent.

Ksamil is now a popular European summer spot 💎turquoise water, sundowners, and yes you’ll be sharing it with everybody! Come early, secure a sunbed + umbrella for €20-35+ and cabana at €70+. I recommend also exploring the beaches surrounding which are just as pristine but quieter. #BeachLife #ksamil #AlbanianRiviera #Summer #TravelTips #BeachClub #lol 🌊🍹 by @wheresmelika
