자려고 누웠는데… 갑자기 이 영상이 떠서 다들 짬뽕 먹고 싶게 들고 왔습니다. (나만 살찔 수 없어!!!) 1️⃣ 쇼군(media city) 진하고 걸쭉한 국물에 애호박의 달큰함이 매력적이에요. 설탕 같은 단맛이 아니라 채소에서 은은하게 우러난 단맛. 해산물도 큼지막하고 양은 거의 2.5인분. 여긴 꼭 밥 말아 드세요. 2️⃣ 소반 한입 먹자마자 “아, 이거 한국이다.” 불맛 제대로 살아 있는 클래식 짬뽕의 정석. 솔직히 한국 웬만한 중국집보다 맛있었어요. 3️⃣ 88홍콩 해산물도 실하고 면발은 쫄깃 쫄깃 국물은 맑고 칼칼 불맛도 났고 먹고 나면 속까지 개운해요. 진하고 푸짐한 쇼군 불맛 나는 클래식 소반 깔끔하고 시원한 88홍콩 여러분의 짬뽕 취향은 어디인가요? 두바이에서 짬뽕 생각날 때 꺼내 보게 저장해두세요 🍜 Just when you were about to go to bed… this video appeared to make you crave jjamppong 🍜 I refuse to be hungry alone!!! 1️⃣ Shogun (media city) The broth is rich and thick, with a lovely sweetness from the zucchini. Not a sugary sweetness, but a natural sweetness from the vegetables. The seafood pieces are huge, and the portion feels like 2.5 servings. Make sure you add rice to the broth at the end. 2️⃣ Sobahn The moment I took a bite, I thought, “This tastes like Korea.” A classic jjamppong with a proper smoky wok flavor. Honestly, it was better than jjamppong from many Chinese restaurants in Korea. 3️⃣ 88 Hong Kong Generous seafood and perfectly chewy noodles. The broth is clear and spicy, with a nice smoky flavor. It’s clean, refreshing, and deeply satisfying. For rich and hearty jjamppong, Shogun. For classic smoky jjamppong, Soban. For clean and refreshing seafood jjamppong, 88 Hong Kong. 닭갈비를 안 좋아합니다. 돈 주고 사 먹은 적도 거의 없는 닭갈비를 두바이에서 먹어봤는데요…!! 너무 맵지도, 자극적이지도 않은데 감칠맛이 있어서 계속 들어가더라고요. 마늘맛이 덜 느껴졌는데, 그래서인지 전체적으로 맛이 되게 깔끔했어요. 닭고기 잡내도 없어서 더 좋았습니다! 양도 어마어마하게 푸짐해서 여자 세 명이 먹었는데도 남아서 포장했어요. 닭갈비 땡길 때, 르서울 한 번 가보시는 건 어떠세요? 😉 I’m not a fan of dakgalbi. I’ve hardly ever paid for it myself, but I tried it in Dubai…!! It wasn’t too spicy or overpowering, yet it had this rich umami flavor that kept me going back for more. Maybe it was because they didn’t use too much garlic(i think) but overall the taste was really clean. There was no unpleasant chicken smell either, which I loved! The portions were huge, and even with three girls eating, we had leftovers and packed some to go. If you’re craving dakgalbi, how about giving Le Seoul a try? 😉 taken in Dubai, UAE by @whereuat.j

The Paintings of Joseon exhibition has just been revealed, and the Joseon dynasty paintings wrap around the entire room. I genuinely stood there for a while. The exhibition rotates too. It's Paintings of Joseon right now, and Gangneung is coming next. I heard the floating lantern scene is especially beautiful, so I'm going back for that one. Don't skip Starry Busan either.
