A hint of 2Moods

a couple weeks ago, i had the joy of introducing rainman to the artist @2moods_lyricist we first crossed paths with the artist while joining @francaisavenir calgary’s youth french forums -where he connects with teens through stories, music, & inspiration.

after watching the interaction between @2moods and the students, i felt inspired to reach out. he warmly invited rainman to connect with him at calgary’s franco festival..

usually more reserved, rainman found himself opening up in conversation with 2moods, — a true testament to his authenticity.

behind the name 2moods (dan ndala) lives a vision of duality — the light & shadow we all carry.

originally from congo kinshasa & now rooted in edmonton, he’s been shaping canada’s music scene since 2015.

author, composer, performer, wellness coach, and now pursuing his master’s in counselling psychology — his artistry, and the way he helped my kid open up ( en français) speak volumes about his genuine spirit.

thanks for taking the time to connect with us @2moods_lyricist…you are an inspiration. by @whimsical_nomads

in our house, birthdays aren’t just a day on the calendar, they’re a little universe of love spun just for one small soul.

every balloon, every candle, every crumb of cake…it’s the magic we’ve tucked away for them all year.

we pour it out in laughter, in silly songs, in hugs that last longer than usual…

because here, birthdays are how we whisper to our children, ‘…you are our joy, our wonder, our forever celebration. ‘
