Rumor has it she’s coming out of hibernation… Celebrating 4 years of hooping this month 💜 If you’ve watched me throughout the years you are familiar with my hibernation phases 🙂 sometimes they are a few months and other times they’ve been almost a year. I always like to talk about them bc they are very important in flow arts and all other creative outlets - it can feel sad to one day not have that familiar connection and love you once had but it’s cool bc you can always just take a step back, and then come home to it later on😊 Also plz check out that double coffee hand off via chest roll 🥵🥵 Cheers loves 🖤 by @whippenwitch

Dual whip post to announce that the Whip Coven Patreon now offers Dual Whip tutorials 🤯😎😁 You will now find 4 beginner concept dual whip tutorials available (free) and starting next week I will be posting dual whip tuts and combos for the patrons ! So excited to to share the knowledge I’ve gathered, elevate the dual whip flow capabilities and make it more accessible to the community 😊 Hehehe thank you all for the love and support through my growth 💜 but also thank you for being patient with me - social media is not my full time job and I don’t intend for it to be. I actually co-run a company that is totally taking off and seeing success so all my energy has really been pouring into that and starting to run that social account, creating graphics and doing in-person outreach 🙂 if you’re curious about following that part of my life (@oldschoolcoee @oldschoolhashco ) Cheers 💜✨ Prop: ants on a melon RGB critters (regular 200 fiber and 140 sparkle fiber) a direct link is in my bio and if you use code: whipcoven you’ll get some money off and support me 🫶 by @whippenwitch

It’s #whipwednesday my doods😎💅❤️‍🔥 I fell in love with the circle part of this flow so I had to share in hopes you’d enjoy it as well💜✨ Social media is so bleh lately for me and truthfully it sounds like it is for a lot of us…specifically talking about flow arts and other art communities. It’s saddens me to know we are letting the worry of others’ opinions, our views and an algorithm that’s based on monetization dictate when and how we flow / create. Creating content is a taxing job (money or not) and it strains and changes our personal relationship with creating. I believe there is art you create for yourself and art you create for others. Not saying one is better than the other - just recognize that there is a difference. Affirmations from others can feel so good - but your internal affirmation to yourself will be ten-fold to that external. So don’t forget to turn the camera off sometimes and just dance / create for yourself💜 Hehe thanks for reading if you did 😁 As always my whip is the AOM RGB critter 💜🖤 you can find it in the link in my bio and if you want to save a lil money at checkout you can use code: whipcoven ✨ by @whippenwitch

😳😎 hi there, hello. It’s been a minute or so. Been rinsing Mac Miller for the past month and recorded this back in December and as we all know if I don’t post it now it will get lost in the drafts for good. Sooo hope you enjoy 🙂 Truly, I’ve been missing my flow lately but I’ve also been trying to not place pressure on recording and forcing it. Flow is for me ultimately and I decide to share it with others - I don’t want to make social media a job or a chore (I’ve already got a full time job and house chores 😂😭 I don’t need any more) So bear with me as I figure out how I want to go about this. In another note, the whip coven Patreon is still up and running ! With this month we will have 30 tutorials and 10 combo tutorials 😳😎 tbh I’m so proud of myself for sticking with that and proud of the progress. Also happy to see the members learning and utilizing it. Specifically @flowmystica !! GAHH she is so lovely and has been inspiring me lately and I just adore her so surely check her out 💜 Ok cheers, love you, byeeeee As always the whip I’m using is located in my bio 😊 you can use code: whipcoven for some cash off your purchase and support me a lil ✨ by @whippenwitch

Because why complicate hooping with just a cup of coffee in your hand when you can ALSO wear slippers that make you lose your balance 🤣 Happy Monday 😇 I really like all the stuff I threw into this flow - still cleaning up that beginning sequence but I really like her and wanted to share ✨ Waiting to get my tire replaced currently 🫠 but other than that I had such a fun weekend, hoping to have a nice week as well ✨ Don’t forget to dance a lil this week, prop or not 💃🏽🕺🏽 by @whippenwitch
