Just like that, Whiskey turns 13 today! 🥳

We kept it simple at home, had some birthday cake, did a little photo shoot, simple, cozy and just right for this little boy. 🤭
I did not decorate much this year, I was planning to go out for a bit, but we both fell asleep on the couch instead. 😝 A lazy, cozy birthday at home.

The weather looks like it will be nice tomorrow, so we are taking Whiskey out for a birthday adventure. Hoping for blue skies and a balloon photo shoot.

13, and still a baby in my eyes, my forever baby. Time flies faster every year. I wish he could stay young forever. 🥹 13 years old Yorkie birthday by @whiskey.bubbles

So... Bubbles turned 7 today and I mixed up the dates 🤦‍♀️ I kept thinking her birthday was on the 18th when it’s actually the 8th!
But honestly, she doesn’t seem to mind at all. She’s just happy to be here, n kept having tons of treats during the birthday photo session this evening …. N probably wondering why I keep apologizing to her 🥹
In fact… I already ordered her birthday cake! However… it’s going to arrive a few days late because I was planning for the wrong date 🎂
Happy 7th birthday to my sweet, silly girl! Here’s to another year of you being absolutely perfect while I figure out how to be a better mom. You deserve all the treats and cuddles in the world😚

Birthday cake hasn’t arrived yet…. But at least we got the custom made cookies (with bubs face on it) from @banmochi.the.pom …. An early birthday gift for bubs. Thanks dear! Their forever the best , no.1, one and only treat dealer in the world!

The last weekend has been a bit tough... I was worried sick about Whisk having dental work done. Coz of his age, I started panicking 1-2 days before the surgery. I felt super sad and guilty when I realized he needed so many teeth extracted... I completely broke down. Just so you know, whisk is fine now, so am I…

I’ll skip the details since it’s too long to explain, but the most important thing is that he’s recovering well. No more pain from his teeth, and he’ll definitely be much happier.

One more unbelievable thing... The moment I picked up Whisk, I was expecting a tired, sad, messy-faced pup. But he was pretty energetic, with a clean face and tidy top knot. Whisk is a lot tougher than I thought and I’m so grateful for having an amazing vet to take care of Whisk - thanks for referring this vet to us. @allblack_ginaunamaki

Happy Bub Bubs Day! 🥹 My baby girl is turning 8 today, and I celebrated with her favorite —— a salmon steak “birthday cake.” (Lazy me, but Bubs approved, so no guilt here 😝)

She already got to share a proper cake with her friends last week, so... that counts too, right? 😄

I still can’t believe she’s 8 already. 🥹 Time flies tooooo fast!

All I wish for her every year is to feel loved every single day—and I’ll do my best to make sure of that. Stay healthy and happy, my sweet lil Bub Bub! ❤️

Four years together, and I feel more grateful each year for having her as my baby. 😚 Love you, Bubs. Birthday girl by @whiskey.bubbles

-Our usual morning-
Bubs is always the first one up. She waits patiently for us to open our eyes 👀 , then starts stumbling around the bed, which of coz wakes Whiskey up too. And for some reason, that gets her SOOO excited🤭. Still don’t know why. 🤷‍♀️
Then Whiskey wakes up fully and starts asking for his morning scratches.

Level 5 Friendship Unlocked 🔓

Happy 5th anniversary to my absolute favourite person🫂 It all started five years ago I bought a backpack, snapped a photo of Mochi inside it（I couldn’t find it🥲）, and sent it to the shop owner. Mochi’s sweet face completely stole her heart, so she asked me out🤭!！Even though I brought Banoffee to our first date instead (sorry for the cute mix-up!😛), anyway we instantly connected right away.
We couldn‘t celebrate on the actual day today, but our cozy cafe date was the perfect pre-anniversary treat. It meant everything to me. I’m so grateful that we’ve kept this amazing friendship going strong for five whole years.
I’m so, so happy I bought that backpack! Happy 5th anniversary, my favorite person 🥹🧡I love you to pieces!🫂 by @whiskey.bubbles

Just a regular weekend afternoon… playing dress-up with Whisk at home 🙂‍↔️

As you can probably tell, he wasn’t the biggest fan at first 😝 but by the end, he seemed to kind of enjoy just sitting there and getting tons of treats 😜

Super dog-friendly, super chill vibes, and the sweetest owners. We went around 5:30 PM, so it wasn’t too hot, and the coffee and pastries were so good. Honestly, everything was just perfect 🤭

They also offer car wash service 😆 It’ll be available in about two weeks, so we’ll definitely be back again with dog dad to try out their car wash service 😏
