The Dubai Land Department named us the Highest-Selling Real Estate Brokerage in Freehold Areas. No.1 on Property Finder for secondary sale transactions in July, August and September, 73% ahead of second place by the end of the quarter. No.1 on Bayut for ready sale leads in August. Knowing your area is easy to say.

Amira proved it in a language she isn’t even fluent in, closing in a matter of days what another agency couldn’t in three weeks.

September turned out to be one for the record books.

Our leasing team closed out their strongest month yet, and sales had their best month ever too. Both landing in the same month isn’t something that just happens.

It’s a lot of people showing up every day: making the calls, following up when it would’ve been easier not to, seeing things through even when they dragged on longer than expected.
