Today was our second high school team practice, and it was a lot of fun. Naomi and I both took drills and games from college routines and brought them into our practice. We did wall sits for missed spares, picked teammates to shoot our spares, and finished off with a Baker match against the team on the other lane. It was a great way to kick off the season.

Just got back from visit #2 at Midland, and I had a blast I loved hanging out with the team, seeing the campus again, and really taking in what college life might feel like. The time has almost come to make my decision, so stay tuned🫣.

Yesterday was all about having fun and hanging out with friends, and today was a good day of bowling. I finished 7th on the 2017 Jr. Gold U15 Girls match play pattern. Today was a good opportunity to push through some of the flaws in my game and identify things I want to work on during practice. There’s always something to learn and improve on. Time to get back to work and keep getting better.

Always and for Trevor

JBT at Harmony was a battle, to say the least. Saturday, I came in and didn’t bowl my best, finishing -107 and overall having a few confidence issues with how I was throwing it. We left the alley, shook it off, and came back Sunday with all cylinders firing.

Throughout qualifying, I ended with +88, shooting 176, 209, 266, 200, 237. This was a huge block and a big difference from Saturday. I was throwing it with a lot more poise and confidence.

Then we headed into the bracket, which was a 2-game total pinfall format. I first bowled Xaden and shot 184, 215 to his 129, 187 (399 to 311 series). This win moved me on to bowl @domenic.henderson where I shot 248, 214 to his 188, 201 (462 to 389 series). Finally, I moved on to bowl @grant706fetty where it was one game instead of two. I shot 195 to 223, sadly ending my day in 3rd.

This weekend was a roller coaster of emotions, but we battled through it and ended up placing 3rd. I’m so proud of everyone who showed up and competed. I’m especially thankful for my parents for giving me the opportunities to become the bowler I want to be.

I love you all ❤️ Next weekend, it’s time to bowl Mile Hi 😏

P.S. I’m going to post a few new videos on YouTube later this week, including every shot from the JBT weekend, as well as a cut-down summary of what happened and a walkthrough of what the weekend was like and where my head was at.

Block 3 complete, and it was so much better than the last two. I finished at -3 for the day. I threw every shot with confidence and trusted that I knew what I was doing. Overall, today was so much better than the last two days of bowling. Tomorrow is my last chance to go out there and score at Junior Gold this year, so let’s go make it count.

Block 2 done Overall, I didn’t bowl too badly. I went -105 which was a little worse than my first block score-wise. I wasn’t bowling with as much confidence as I normally do, and it led me down a path where the ball and I were working against each other. Overall, though, it wasn’t an awful block. It just shows there’s still work to be done not only in my physical game but in my mental game as well.

Day one of competition is complete I’m at -84 overall. Not an awful start. During today’s squad, I had some technical issues with my bowling, so today was about figuring those out and getting myself into the right mindset for Jr. Gold. There’s still a lot of bowling left to do, so it’s time to dry my eyes and look ahead (thank you to anyone who gets that reference). @youth_bowling @dexterbowling @jopogrips #bowling #juniorgold #juniorgold2026 #youthbowling #usbc by @whiteboy.bowling

Quick little post to start this insane week off I finished up the Recruit Us event, where I got to talk to a few new college coaches and get my name out in front of more colleges. It was awesome getting to see what other schools have to offer. As a bonus, I got to meet @zvlbowling and grab a picture with the Recruit Us car @recruitusllc
