A few days after turning 31 on May 31st, I graduated residency🤍

It’s hard to even put into words how much this moment means to me. There were so many times I was tired, overwhelmed, doubting myself, wondering if I could keep going, and somehow God carried me through every season.

The last few years brought so much change. Becoming a wife, becoming a mom, raising two babies during residency, and somehow making it to the finish line 🥲

I don’t really have some big inspirational message. I’m just grateful. Grateful I didn’t quit. Grateful for the people who helped me along the way. Grateful that God saw me through🙏🏾

This year has been big for me, already 💛

Wow… 30.

A new decade. A new era. I’m so grateful for everything my 20s brought me. The highs, the lows, the lessons, the love, the growth. I made mistakes, I learned so much, I became more of me.

Now I’m walking into my 30s with a different kind of peace. I know there’s still so much growth ahead, and with God’s help, I’m ready for it.

I’ve heard the 30s is where the real fun begins. So let’s make it count. Cheers to Chapter 30 🥂✨

Y’all… I interviewed with The Jennifer Hudson Show!

It all started with one TikTok — a video of me being pregnant with Zarah and holding Zion walking across the stage to receive my MD in 2023..I literally just posted it to show a real moment. And somehow… that one video continues to open doors!

I’m definitely not the first mom in medicine. But sharing my story has been a blessing, honestly, truly.

Shout out to my impeccable support system ❤️ and to God for His grace through it all.
