•REINTRODUCTION• “She’s a business owner. She’s got her life together.” Oh, boy. If only you knew… 🫠 Don’t get me wrong, I make sure my businesses are handled. I’ve even extended a couple of new branches along the way. Insane? Perhaps. Worth it? 100%. However, I am so much more than my businesses. I’m a mother. A wife. A caregiver to my husband, who requires around-the-clock care. A daughter. A sister. A niece. A Gigi. A friend. An unintentional Uber driver. And, occasionally, an unpaid therapist. The Universe has thrown some craptastic curveballs my way. But, I believe it’s how I’ve chosen to handle those 100 mph pitches that has shaped the woman I am today: more understanding, more confident, more unbothered, and more driven. Lessons aren’t only learned through success. Some of the greatest lessons are learned during the falls. What matters is how you choose to rise. So, some days I run businesses. Some days I run carpools. Both are equally important. I’m not just the woman behind the businesses, I’m the heart behind the hustle. I’m me. Look who surprised @whiteelephantpdx today; @cookingwithnana! One of the pioneers of sharing Lao food on social media, Euy @cookingwithnana has helped bring our flavors, traditions, and love for cooking into so many homes— including mine! I learned to make Awh (traditional Laotian stew) from her tutorials, so getting to feed her today felt a little extra special. There’s something so meaningful about someone you’ve learned from and admired showing up to support what you’ve built. Thank you, Euy, for sharing our culture with the world and for showing WE some love! 🇱🇦🤍 #WhiteElephantPDX #JENuinelyME #CookingWithNana #LaoFood #LaodAndProud taken in White Elephant Asian Fusion by @whiteelephantpdx

When WE feed a squad—figuratively AND literally! Once a Raider. Always a Raider. But today, he came back to give. Today was a special full-circle moment for our White Elephant family, especially Justin, who played football from third grade through his high school years as a Reynolds Raider. When Justin learned about an opportunity to feed the Reynolds High School varsity football team, he brought it to our attention. And of course, WE were all in! Having spent several years cheering from the sidelines, WE know firsthand the dedication these student-athletes put into their sport. And let’s be real, growing football players can EAT! 😂 Most of our kids are long out of school, but giving back to our local communities has always been part of who WE are. What makes today especially meaningful? Justin personally delivered the meals to the very football program he was once part of. 🥹 As parents, WE spend years teaching our children the importance of giving back. Seeing those lessons turn into actions is a reward no amount of business success could ever replace. Today, WE fed the next generation of Raiders. But, the greatest reward was watching our own son give back to a community that once poured into him. 💚 More Than a Meal. A Family. A Community. A Legacy. 🤍🐘 #WhiteElephantPDX #ReynoldsRaiders #MoreThanAMeal #CommunityMatters #BuildingOurLegacy taken in Reynolds High School by @whiteelephantpdx

Last month, WE had the pleasure of catering Cocktail Hour for @lani.2012 and @jstickles89’s intimate wedding at @festivehillwinery in Oregon City. 🤍 After walking the grounds, my sister said the venue reminded her of a little slice of Italy. I’ve never been, but I could see what she meant. It was beautiful! For their approximately 100 guests, WE served Vietnamese Chả Giò, Golden Tofu, Coconut Shrimp, Crab Pillows, Thai Fish Cakes, and Mini Boxes of Drunken Spaghetti. Lani and James, thank you for letting us be part of such a fun and special day. Happy One Month Anniversary! 🥂 #whiteelephantpdx #wecater #portlandcaterer #cocktailhour #jenuinelyme 🎥: @cupofbunn by @whiteelephantpdx

This year, we’re incredibly proud to announce the amazing Lao-owned and community-rooted businesses supporting the 2nd Annual Lao Loun Mai Fundraising Gala! They may be small businesses, but their impact is anything but small. These are the businesses that show up for our celebrations, support our families, invest in our youth, and help keep our community connected. So when you support them, you’re not just supporting a business — you’re supporting the people and community behind it. Like seriously, food from @thipkhaopdx , @whiteelephantpdx and @midnightbakingclub. And drinks from @the.tipsy.elephant and specialized drinks from @elephantsips!!! Outfits and fashion show hosted and supplied by @sanesinhstudio And we’re not done yet! We would love to welcome even more businesses, organizations, and community members who want to support and sponsor Lao Loun Mai. We truly believe in supporting our own community — creating opportunities for our local businesses, investing in our youth, and building something together that future generations can be proud of. If you or your business are interested in sponsoring, donating, or partnering with us, we’d love to hear from you! Please reach out to us directly for sponsorship opportunities. To our sponsors, food vendors, and drink providers — thank you for believing in Lao Loun Mai and choosing to be part of this celebration. We’re proud to have you with us! ✨ 2ND ANNUAL LAO LOUN MAI FUNDRAISING GALA 📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026 📍 Groove Nation Performance Studio by @whiteelephantpdx

Apparently, turning 15 does NOT mean Mama gets the night off. Dangnit! 🫠 Another birthday, another request from Maddie & Brookie for a home-cooked feast with the family, featuring some of their favorites: Mama’s Coconut Curry Dungeness Crab & Shrimp and Chicken Khao Poon, while Big Bro Justin handled the grill with some delicious Beef Ribeyes with spicy Jeow Som. 🔥 Happy 15th Birthday, Mads & B! No matter how grown you get, Mama will always cook your favorites. 💞 #LifeWithMadsAndB #Twinning taken in Portland, Oregon by @whiteelephantpdx

Kind words like these never get old. 🥹 Nick and Leslie were planning their Oregon wedding from another state, so having a responsive and dependable local team was especially important. They trusted @whiteelephantpdx and @the.tipsy.elephant to care for their bar, appetizers and desserts; and to help guide them through all the twists and turns that came with planning from afar. From alcohol quantities and mixer selections to final headcount adjustments, our goal was to make the process feel easier and give them one less thing to worry about on their special day. Hearing that everything was a hit with their guests means the world to us! The rush to the dessert table may be our favorite part. 😆 Thank you, Nick and Leslie, for allowing our team and family to be part of your celebration. It was truly our honor. 🤍 #WhiteElephantPDX #TheTipsyElephant #PortlandWeddingCatering #OregonDestinationWedding #OregonWeddings taken in The Griffin House on the Columbia River Gorge by @whiteelephantpdx

Last Sunday, WE had the absolute pleasure of being part of an incredible vendor team celebrating the wedding of a darling couple, Leslie & Nick! 🤍 And can WE talk about this venue?! @thegriffinhouse is an absolutely stunning property overlooking the Columbia River Gorge! The perfect backdrop for such a beautiful celebration. WE provided Cocktail Hour hors d’oeuvres service, along with a customized Chè Thái Bar (Vietnamese Dessert Bar) and Boba Bar, while our sister brand, @the.tipsy.elephant, kept the celebration flowing with a fully hosted bar. @vivi_darling & @nickv1432’s family and friends came from near and far—as far as Vietnam!— and this crew knew how to PARTY! WE had such a blast serving, laughing, dancing, and celebrating right alongside everyone. And now that the wedding is over, I have a little confession to make… Those “shots” you saw me taking with some of the guests? Straight H₂O, baby! 💦😂 I love a good time as much as anyone, but I can have ALL the fun without the alcohol, and definitely not while I’m on the job. Your girlllll was hydrated, professional, and still matching everybody’s energy! THANK YOU, Leslie & Nick, for having the WE Squad be part of your special day. It was truly an honor to celebrate with you and your families, and WE wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness! 🤍 VENDOR TEAM: Cocktail Hour • Chè Thái Bar • Boba Bar: @whiteelephantpdx | @jenuinelyme Bar Services: @the.tipsy.elephant Social Media Content for WE: @cupofbunn Coordinator: @yourperfectbridesmaid Caterer: @devilsfoodcatering Photographer: @bekahtaylorphotography Videographer: @aliciawood.photography Photo Booth: @party_cat_events String Quartet: @columbiariverstrings Florals: @trellis_florals HMU: @jeaniebeauty Cake: @dreamcakespnw Rentals: @ardencollective Specialty Rentals: @bowerbirdpdx DJ: @dj.trao WE are already booking for 2027.
