Today I bought and road tripped home something pretty special. Anyone that knows me well, knows ive got a slightly odd obsession with these old fiats. I've been looking for one of these on and off for the last 6 years, but the right one never seemed to come up at the right time. Well the time finally felt right and the car was perfect... so this is my 1989 2 owner 2500 mile from new, fiat panda. by @whitegoodsracing

Still blown away by this. The fact the car got its own write up on @thespeedhunters is still a surreal feeling. ▪️

Proud to say that WGR are now sponsored by @stjarnagloss.

I've loved what these guys have been doing on social media for a long time! They making car cleaning simple and accessible for idiots like me that really enjoys the building cars bit, but are rubbish at the cleaning part! Plus, there funny and there products are outstanding.

I think the stjarnagloss Saab and the panda on track together would make for quite the spectacle too! One day cav? 🤞

Bike check.

Something a little different, but a few people have asked since my last bike related posted.

So this is my trek 520 gravel/adventure bike.
I built this for bike packing trips before I left the cycle industry in 2023. I throw the kitchen sink at it while I had staff discount, this is the end result.

Very much an attempt at a one bike does it all solution. Also some evey specific choices from lessons learn in the 10 plus years I was working on bikes. So... external cable routing for easy of servicing, mechanical gears for reliability and big carbon wheels because they look cool. Plus loads of other little details

Out and about in the car this week, trying to make the most of the last of the summer sun.

Been very lucky to achieved so much with the car this year, but honest the ability to be able to just drive it to work or the local pub with mates after all this time building it out weights it all. Feels so good to be driving it properly at long last. by @whitegoodsracing

Turns out theres more to life than cars.
Its other forms of transport.... anyone else ride bikes?

Me and @eleventhautosport road tripped the yeti to lauterbrunnen in Switzerland to ride bikes up big hills for the week. And honest spending some time away from the car, car shows, and the garage was exactly what i needed. Dont worry though, we did manage to squeeze in a trip to spa on the way home too.
