Week 13 🏡

Plastering for days…

The house and pool house are now fully sheeted and it’s onto setting everything ready for sanding.

There are a lot of walls, ceilings, raked ceilings and bulkheads, so this stage takes time but seeing it all come together is exciting.

Another big week on site, with more milestones checked off as Whitehaven starts to take shape.

• House wrap complete
• Electrical, plumbing & air conditioning rough-in complete
• Cladding underway
• Internal arches taking shape
• Custom entrance doors ordered
• Window & shower screen site measures complete
• Jasper bed ordered for the master suite

One step closer to Whitehaven 🤍

Seeing the roof on has completely changed the feel of the build.

With the electrical and plumbing rough-ins now complete, we’re ready for the next exciting stage - house wrap, windows and cladding.

It’s amazing how quickly it starts to feel like a real home once everything begins to come together.

Build Update 🤍

The guys have made a start on the fascia and gutters, although the weather hasn’t been very kind lately. 🌧️

The roof is scheduled for this week, so we’re hoping for a break in the rain and no more delays.

The back of the home and pool are really starting to come to life now, and it’s exciting to see the vision slowly becoming reality.
