There is no secret to hard work. However, I am here to share mine with you exclusively! Do not let practice be the ONLY time you practice.

Jiu-jitsu takedowns need work? MMA skills not where they should be? Wrestling conditioning not there? Setups suck? Things just not clicking? Sayless!!

Step Outside and Breathe
.
Stop scrolling for just five seconds
Take a deep breath in and let it out!!
.
If you can, step outside right now. Let the warmth of the sunlight hit your face and feel the gentle wind brush past your skin. Close your eyes for a moment and just be free
.
We get so caught up in the constant rat race of life—chasing the next milestone, solving the next problem, worrying about tomorrow that we completely forgot the miracle of today!!
.
Right now, in this exact second:
You are alive.
You are breathing
Your heart is beating, carrying you through this life.
.
That alone is an unearned, beautiful gift.
I was looking back recently and realized something that brought an overwhelming wave of peace: I am so deeply grateful for EVERY single decision I’ve ever made in my life
.
Every hard choice, every closed door, every mistake, and every courageous leap of faith led me right to this moment. Even the storms were necessary to teach me how to appreciate the sun.
.
And I wouldn't be here without the people. To everyone who has stayed, supported, challenged, or loved me. THANK YOU WHOLE HEARTEDLY! You helped shape a life that feels safe, happy, and genuinely peaceful.
.
If you’re reading this, consider it your gentle reminder: You are doing okay. Life doesn't have to be perfect to be a masterpiece.
.
Go feel the wind, soak in the sun, and remember how blessed you are just to be here.

Celebrating 80 incredible years of our amazing grandma sharon🤍✨
.
This Las Vegas family trip has been absolutely much needed and enjoyable! Moments like these make life such a treasure and a pleasure! Was beyond grateful to surprise my father's side of the family, my oldest brother, and my grandmother who I haven't seen in 7+ years! Seeing everyone together filled my heart with so much joy. 🥹🎰
.
Beyond blessed to see such energy, happiness, and love within a woman at 80 years old being the heart and soul of the family before my very eyes!
.
we were so happy and grateful to see her flourish in another year of life!
.
I am feeling incredibly happy, excited, and endlessly grateful for this life and the beautiful family I'm blessed with. A massive thank you to my wonderful father-in-law for making this entire trip and experience possible! 🙏
.
Me and my wife truly enjoyed ourselves and love each and everyone of you!

New merch is coming. This one means a lot to me. My first day of boxing, my coach handed me a pair of gloves. I used to say I felt like I was drowning, and I strongly believe God was working through Coach Greg to teach me how to box… how to live. Sooooo each of us have a story, a struggle, and a purpose.God gave us each a coach who made a difference. Get ready. This shirt is coming.
