this christmas season was one that called for some intentional “letting go” of the things that didn’t feel absolutely necessary to accomplish. and one of the things I released was our annual Christmas card ❤️ I missed the tradition, so I am really treasuring this spontaneous Christmas Eve Polaroid moment of captured magic. ❤️ 📸 😘 thank you @_hannahdonnelly_

if you were to measure “success” by the number of individual lives you personally, positively impacted, there would be few higher on that list than john gorham.

i’m devastated to relay that we lost dad yesterday - suddenly and unexpectedly. we’re all heartbroken and in a state of disbelief and i know many of you will share similar feelings.

he was my hero, my best friend, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, teacher, coach, mentor, entrepreneur, craftsman, and all-around phenomenally awesome human with a pure desire and drive to do good, and do it well.

i’m not sure there are words beautiful enough to explain him or adequate enough to express how much we’ll miss him. rest in peace, big john. i love you. taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @whitgorham
