There was a time when live music was just part of life.
 Going to shows. Discovering artists. Standing in a crowd and feeling completely connected to strangers.
Then life got busy.
 Work, responsibilities, routines… and somewhere along the way, live music became something I used to do.

Until I started going back with my daughter @loemusic_com

And honestly? It feels a little like finding an old friend. 🥹

Except now I experience it differently.

I notice the little things. The energy in the room. The moment everyone sings the same line. The feeling of hearing a song you love played right in front of you.  The people you meet because you showed up.
I think I forgot how much being there matters.

Music can exist in your headphones, on your phone, in the background of everyday life… but live music is different. @livemusicsession

You don’t just hear it. You experience it.

And somewhere along the way, I found a whole new appreciation for it and a new little community around it. 🫶🏼

Maybe that’s what coming back to something really means.

Not becoming who you were again, but discovering why you loved it in the first place. Thanks for the reminder @mikeangelovsky @frankieowls @lumi_lumilicious

the thoughts that only seem to find you after midnight. the person who still crosses your mind when everything gets quiet. the words you never said. the things you’re not quite ready to let go of.

maybe that’s what the night does. it makes everything you’ve been holding a little harder to ignore.

this summer was fireflies✨ old memories. nostalgia. the kind of love that still feels like yesterday.

but seasons change. the nights get longer. and somewhere between summer fading and autumn beginning, a new chapter starts to unfold.
