Gracious Rising ✨

I’m walking into this Monday SUPER HAPPY, SUPER GRATEFUL & SUPER PROUD OF ME! 💚 I completed three incredible weeks at the U.S. Open, and what a beautiful experience it was. Another chapter completed, another reminder that when you choose YOU, honor YOU, heal YOU, and truly love yourself 120%, your light gets brighter and doors begin to open.

Your mistakes are not meant to be carried—put them beneath your feet and use them as stepping stones. Mastering yourself is the real superpower. 👑

I’m smiling bigger, dreaming bigger, and stepping into this new beginning knowing there are no limits on what’s next.

Choose yourself. Love yourself. Bet on yourself—120%.

Have an AMAZING Monday. I DID IT… and I’m just getting started. 💚✨ by @whoispollyfoo1

Happy Birthday to ME. 🎂✨

I love me. I love the woman I am, the woman I fought to become, and every version of me that had to survive so this woman could exist.

I’m grateful for my mother, my grandmother, my father, and my beautiful son—the love, strength, and foundation woven into who I am.

I’ve loved people deeply. I’ve shown up, poured into others, carried people, and sometimes found myself standing alone when I needed someone to pour back into me. But life never hardened my heart. I’m still soft. Still loving. Still giving. Still believing in people. I just learned that the same love I so freely give deserves to come home to me, too. And today, I choose myself without apology.

This chapter is me loving myself 120%. ❤️

I am blessed. I am successful. I am a millionaire.
I’m not waiting for my life to begin—I’m living it.

🎂✨ IT’S MY BIRTHDAY — SEPTEMBER 11.

I don’t usually celebrate my birthday, but this year feels different.

The last two years have tested me. There were moments that knocked me down, moments when I had to completely restart, and moments when simply getting back up was an accomplishment.

But I got back up.

So my first birthday post is dedicated to a woman I’ve always admired — Dolly Parton — and a song that represents this chapter of my life: “9 to 5.” 💕🎶

Because if there’s one thing I know how to do, it’s WORK, CREATE, LOVE and REBUILD.

I’m a wife and mother. ❤️
A Chef who can create magic in a kitchen.
A White-Glove Server who can walk into some of the most beautiful rooms and deliver excellence.
A Construction Worker who isn’t afraid to put on her boots, get dirty and BUILD.
A Fashion Stylist and Designer who can take a vision and bring it to life.
A Businesswoman and Creator who refuses to stop dreaming.
And now, I’m an AUTHOR. 📖

These aren’t just jobs or titles.

They’re pieces of the woman I’ve fought to become.

And this year, I’m watching some of those dreams become reality.

📖 Loving Yourself 120% — my book and a piece of my own journey.

📸 My photo booth business launches at the end of October.

👩🏾‍🍳 And in December, my cookbook is coming.

At this stage of my life, I’m learning that starting over doesn’t mean you failed. Sometimes starting over means you finally understand exactly what you’re building.

There will be down seasons. But there are so many more opportunities to rise.

Dust yourself off. Fix your crown. Put your boots back on. Put your heels back on. Put your chef coat back on. Whatever your uniform is — GET BACK UP.

This birthday, I’m celebrating the woman who kept going.

The wife. The mother. The worker. The dreamer. The creator. The woman behind it ALL.

🥂 Happy Birthday to me.

This chapter isn’t about becoming somebody new.

It’s about finally loving every version of the woman I already am — 120%. ❤️ by @whoispollyfoo1

Happy birthday, Karina, to a truly magnificent lady! May God continue to bless you, guide you, and elevate you throughout your journey. Your mother raised an intelligent, graceful, and remarkable woman.

You continue to grow, achieve your goals, and become even more beautiful inside and out. It is inspiring to watch you flourish as a Black woman and accomplish everything you set your mind to.

May God continue to bless every step you take and every dream you pursue. Keep shining, keep climbing, and keep being amazing. Happy birthday, beautiful Karina! 🎉🎂❤️ by @whoispollyfoo1

Happy Monday ☀️✨

Knowing who you are is the real grind. Every interaction you have should be meaningful and unforgettable. When people meet you once and remember you later, that’s called presence. That’s called purpose.

Customer service taught me that energy matters. The way you speak, move, treat people, and carry yourself matters. I hustle with passion, move with intention, and stay genuine in everything I do.

Take your grind mindset and apply it to real life. Stay focused. Stay motivated. Stay one step ahead. Never forget — you are the head, not the tail.

And remember… giraffes don’t play with turtles. Elevate your mindset, protect your peace, and keep growing toward bigger goals.

Rest up tonight because tomorrow is another chance to build the future you keep dreaming about 💚
