Earlier this week I “announced” plans to drop some new music this December..

Before we get to what’s next… let’s go back.

Since I Moved To Cali.

I made this album from the perspective of someone who had already lived the story.

Chicago → Atlanta → California.

Every song has a reason.
Every beat has a story.
Every line came from somewhere.

I don’t think I ever really gave this album the conversation it deserved.

So we’re going back.

Since I Moved To Cali — Revisited.

This firecracker baby celebrated another birthday on 7/4.. I am forever amazed at how you handle the ups and downs of life and still prioritize what’s important! Despite all obstacles, you choose me daily, you make sacrifices for the betterment of everyone around you, a lot of times at your own expense.. I’m amazed by you, I love you with everything that makes me me, and for the rest of this month, shit maybe even the year, we will celebrate.. Those fireworks we see each year pale in comparison to how you light up my life.. Happy Belated Birthday to the realest n8gga in every room! taken in New York, New York by @whoiswriteous

This right here is why representation matters. My people at @codingwithculture are building something special with Kings & Queens Code Academy — Black and Brown kids learning to code, design, and lead from day one. If you know a family that needs to see this, share it. Our kids deserve this. 👑🖥🏾

Since I Moved to Cali: 1 Year Anniversary..

A couple of my brothers and I united to make this track back in 2021.. A quick pow wow to see how everyone was doing at the time, then @blameronnie got to the boards and made magic happen..

@al1laflare came up with the hook before any of us had verses..

The recording process took all of 45 minutes..

Enjoy..
Stream the album..
