Helping you trust and connect with your inner knowing using Trauma Informed Human Design|Somatics|Subconscious Reprograming
🎙️ Solar Somatic Sessions

POSTS STORIES REELS

This has been on my heart for awhile…

Tracking the transits has given me a way to come back to myself. It became an anchor in my Inner Authority Support Groups and my continuing Solar Transit Group. I’ve dripped out teasers to my email list and here on the socials. But now it’s time to fully step up and shine this information out into the world.

I hope you will join me tomorrow for the first episode. I chose the energy intentionally…(just one of the many perks of tracking the transits 😘). by @wholeheartedrosy

I’m Wholehearted Rosy - Your Human Design + Somatic Bestie.

If you’re stuck second-guessing yourself, overthinking every decision, and feeling disconnected from your body’s wisdom.

I do things differently—I don’t just teach the information of Human Design, I guide you back into your body so you can actually feel your authority and trust it (this is the somatic piece).

My intention is for you walk away grounded, clear, and finally confident in how you lead, parent, and live.

If this resonates, reach out or start with the link in my bio ✨

Special thank you to @show.your.spark @hayleydenkermarketing for seeing me and capturing the transformation I provide in my work. 💗 by @wholeheartedrosy

The person I was required to be as I grew up and the person I am CREATED to be by Design are TOTALLY different.

Yes - it was amazing to experience being so deeply seen and understood when I learned about my Human Design.

YES - my mind and my nervous system FREAKED out when I started practicing being fully me.

NO - it didn’t feel safe in my mind/body to “trust my intuition” or to “listen to my heart” or to “speak up and share my heart” with others (especially publicly).

Adding these somatic tools to my life and now my Human Design offerings (and teaching/tutoring) has been one of the most supportive choices I have made personally and professionally.

Yes - you will learn about your Human Design when you partner with me.

Yes - I will also meet you in those places that feel scary or unfamiliar with gentle and effective tools that will calm your mind/body so you can fully show up and shine in your brilliance.

YES - it feels so exciting and important to share this information with parents so they can see and celebrate their children - and lessen some of the conditioning that happens in the home.

I’m here for you if you are ready for these insights and the support to embody them.

BEING WITH the Fear of the Past | Gate 44

And just like that…we’ve arrived at the FINAL gate of Spleen Season! WE MADE IT!!!!

And wouldn’t you know it? It’s the very gate that makes ME a Splenic Projector.

Gate 44 — The Gate of Alertness.

Oh, this one is PERSONAL.

This energy has an incredible ability to recognize patterns, sense the needs of others, and quite literally sniff out the people and opportunities that are correct for us.

But in its shadow? HELLO, hypervigilance!

The mind starts spinning:

“Oh no, I’ve been here before.”

“Remember what happened last time?”

“What if it happens AGAIN?”

And suddenly we’re responding to the PAST instead of experiencing what’s actually happening NOW.

But here’s what I’ve learned from walking through every freaking Splenic fear:

The mind is not the enemy.

It can help us recognize patterns and learn from our experiences. But it was never meant to be the authority making our decisions (please read that again).

That’s where the wisdom of the BODY comes in.

And how fitting that Gate 44 is part of the Channel of Surrender.

Because isn’t that the whole lesson of Spleen Season?

LET GO.

SURRENDER.

BE HERE NOW.

A little somatic invitation: Find a scent you love. Breathe it in. Look around and remind yourself:

That was then. This is NOW.

And a compassionate question to sit with:

Am I responding to what’s actually happening—or to something this moment reminds me of?

The past can INFORM us without CONTROLLING us.

Thank you for walking through these seven fears with me. What a WILD ride!

The final episode of my BEING WITH Spleen Season series is now live on the podcast.

Come listen as we bring this journey full circle

Celebration is one of my core values and I have something BIG to celebrate!

My podcast is SIX MONTHS OLD. 🥹🤍

34 episodes.
761 plays and downloads.
50 Spotify followers.
People listening in 13 countries.

And friends... I am proud of myself.

I have kept this commitment to myself even while life was life-ing.

So instead of immediately moving on to the next episode, the next idea, the next thing...

I paused.

I put my hand on my heart. I took a deep breath.

And I let the goodness land.

I let myself actually RECEIVE it.

And then, of course, I turned it into a somatic practice for all of us. 😂🤍

There’s a little BONUS episode of Solar Somatic Sessions waiting for you today.

Bring something good with you.

And come let it take up some space. 🤍 by @wholeheartedrosy

Whelp friend. We have moved into our 6th of 7 Spleen energies IN A ROW. On a full moon night - with 5 planets in retrograde - during Scorpio Season and it’s the fear of DEATH that we are being asked to BE with.

No big deal 😂

You know me. I’m bringing some light, some hope, and some resources to support you in all of this.

The shadow of this energy is Purposelessness.

The gift is TOTALITY.

This gate is called The Game Player = this energy is inviting us to play the game of life with a WHOLE HEART. With the totality of our whole selves. No matter what is happening in the skies or our lives.

Each chapter and era of our life has purpose. Your life and light is needed on this earth.

We will be diving into this energy inside The Container. Doors are open. Come join us. by @wholeheartedrosy

Human Design gives us another lens for something we’re endlessly curious about:

Why do we do what we do?

Why does something that works beautifully for one person feel completely wrong for another?

Why do you make decisions the way you do?

Where does your energy naturally flow, and where do you find yourself pushing or forcing?

Rosy uses Human Design as a way to explore those questions.

Not as a set of rules for how you’re supposed to live.

Not as THE answer.

But as another way to get curious about the person you already are.

To notice your patterns.

To come back to your body.

To experiment with what actually feels true for you.

Inside The Container, it’s one of the perspectives we’ll bring to whatever is actually showing up.

Because sometimes seeing yourself from another angle changes the whole conversation. 🤎

@marybfast sent me a voice message today that started with, “Friend…”

Which usually means we’re about to go somewhere. 😂

She’d been looking at her Emotion Code chart and thinking about what she’s been noticing lately, both in herself and in the people she’s working with.

She expected fear to be the thing - because that’s the main theme of “Spleen Season”

But instead, she kept getting pulled toward…

Anxiety. Despair. Disgust. Nervousness. Worry. Failure. Helplessness. Hopelessness. Lack of control. Low self-esteem.

You know… just a few light things. 😂

And in Emotion Code, ALL of those fall within the spleen/stomach category.

And immediately I was like…

WAIT.

THIS is exactly the kind of conversation I’m so excited to have inside The Container.

Mary notices something through Emotion Code.

I see something through the lens of Human Design and Somatics.

Paula @butterflyeffectshealing might notice something entirely different through Reiki and her intuition.

We bring it ALL to the table. We get curious. We notice where things overlap.

No one modality has to have THE answer.

We get to explore what each one might help us notice.

So yeah…

We’re bringing this one inside The Container.

What are YOU carrying right now? Anything from this list? All of it and all of you are welcome.

Join us in The Container. by @wholeheartedrosy

Next up in Spleen Season is the Fear of Responsibility.

Have you taken on too much?

Are you carrying things that are not even yours to carry?

Are you avoiding things that need to be done?

Are you looking around to see what everyone else needs and not paying attention to what YOU need to be nourished, resourced and cared for?

Big questions in this episode.

Hop into Solar Somatic Sessions on Spotify or Apple Podcasts to see how you can BE WITH these questions and then take your next step forward IN your VALUES. by @wholeheartedrosy

Meet the creators of The Container!

Hear our origin story and a teaser of the gifts each of us will be sharing in this sweet and sacred space where you are invited to BE with us - and to put down what you are carrying. 🧳

The doors are open and you are officially invited to join us. by @wholeheartedrosy

We made a thing! 💛

And I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

This started with one of those intuitive knowings I’ve learned to pay attention to.

I had a really clear hit that I was meant to work with @marybfast and @butterflyeffectshealing

I didn’t know exactly what that was going to look like yet. I just knew - the spleen was spleening!

So I did my projector thing and invited these two beautiful and powerful humans to chat and as the three of us started talking, the rest came together so beautifully.

We’re calling it The Container.

A space to get curious about what’s showing up, notice the patterns you keep bumping into, listen to what your body is telling you, and have support while you navigate whatever life is asking of you right now.

I’ll be bringing Human Design + somatics, Mary will be bringing Emotion Code and her gift for finding the thing underneath the thing, and Paula will be bringing Reiki and her intuitive gifts.

What I love most is that this isn’t about becoming someone different.

It’s a space to come back to yourself. To get curious and notice what actually feels true for you.

The door is officially open.

Join us now, and on Sunday, October 25, we begin together.

$33/month. Come as you are. Participate in whatever way feels right for you.

I can’t wait to see what we create together. 💛

Come inside.
