Casa na Ferraria is a unique place, about half an hour drive south of Lisbon, where the air is filled with the perfume of eucalyptus trees. Strolls through the native forests will make you forget that you are just kilometres away from the city and daily life. The place will blow your mind. From the moment you arrive, the beauty of the buildings, the old renovated houses, the old rejuvenated wood, the soft colors, the delicious food, the sunlight. It all feels warm, it all feels at peace.

Everything is designed to unwind from the toxicities of our urban living and to reset into a more balanced lifestyle #WholisticWorldRetreat #casanaferraria #PortugalRetreat by @wholisticworld.co

Journey inward 🌿✨ Deep meditation and Amazonian plant ceremonies offer profound opportunities to reconnect with your true self, release what no longer serves you, and find clarity and balance. Happy to be finally sharing the after movie of our first Wholesome 6 Day Retreat that we hosted on the most beautiful location in Portugal. Being able to facilitate such an experience for a group of amazing individuals brought us so much light and joy.

At Wholistic World we strongly believe in the power of holistic wellbeing where we connect the body, mind and the soul through a variety of different activities. It was so beautiful to have been able to witness the personal growth our participants went through during the course of the week. It made us thirsty for many more events in the future to make more people happy, healthy and healed.

Keep an eye out on our Instagram as we will be releasing new dates for next retreats here soon as well as more content of the program, testimonials and much more.

In the meantime, if you’d like more information or have any questions feel free to reach out. Much love, Ylva & Sophie by @wholisticworld.co
