Mission to the grove for a night with the dogs, made a great meal over the river and woke up hiked to Alakai from the back side Pihea trail which neither of us have ever done. When we got to the look out, about 2.5 hours later, we weren’t surprised that the view was only mist that flies up the valley wall but we looked to our right and there was a nice buck right on the ridge and we took that as our good omen. 5 minutes later the view cleared up for maybe 15 seconds and we were stoked! Blessed thank you god by @whotfisbraxton

So proud of her. Last year on a trip through Oregon she fell in love with Dahlias and decided she wanted to make a career change to work with flowers. Less than a year later she’s a full time Lei instructor/gardener and just sold her first batch of dahlias this morning. Thank God for these opportunities and mahalo āina for the grounds to grow 🙏 by @whotfisbraxton
