Feeling totally normal and not at all like my brain has been fried like and egg. The amount of emotions I’ve gone through today is truly wild. I’ve been completely overwhelmed in the best way. I cannot believe it is time to say goodbye to these characters and this cast as a unit. Describing what Heartstopper means to me is very difficult. I’ve tried over the last four years to explain it through this podcast. Through the deep dives and the rewatches. Through talking to people from all over the world who were trying to put into words the impact it’s had on them, as well. But I think one of the most beautiful things about Heartstopper is that it continues to give. Over the last four years, we have all watched it countless times, yet often do you hear people talking about something new they got from it on their 500th rewatch? Just when you think you’ve learned all you can, you scratch the surface of something new. I can’t wait to see what I learn from the film. I’m so grateful to have lived in the same timeline as Heartstopper. It’s made its mark on me and so many others. Heartstopper truly is forever. 🍂

TWO WEEKS! 🥹 I’m so emotional every day about this. 🫠 This show and comic came in and healed me in a way I didn’t even realize I was needing. And it changed my life in so many ways. I have spent the last 4 years analyzing and loving this story and these characters. I’ve made new friends, taken adventures to new places, and gained soooo much knowledge about so many topics. It’s wild to think back to before I had this community that’s so lovingly welcomed me. You all have given me so much over the years and I just appreciate every single one of you. I can’t wait to finish this out together in just a short fourteen days!! 🍂

Anyone else still watching the trailer on a loop?

One of the lessons we’ve learned from Heartstopper is that it is okay to just survive sometimes. It’s okay to need support and to just take life one day at a time. At one point or another in life, we all have to just focus on making it to the next day. This moment is going to be so touching to watch between Isaac and Charlie. Isaac has always been in touch with Charlie. While everyone else was occupied with their romantic relationships, Isaac was checking up on Charlie. He could tell that something was wrong. So I love seeing him be the one to deliver this line to Charlie. 🥹
