Dunno what’ll happen in ALDS Game 5 but I enjoyed the fireworks at Cleveland’s Progressive Field this season!

Game day fit check! #alds game 3 !

Watch to the end to see corwin’s Japan-only special “jersey” that I got him for his birthday this year.

I have to rep this year’s favorite Yankee, Ben Rice. After seeing someone wearing this shirt earlier this season I hunted one down on the internet (come to think of it, that was probably when I found the Japanese merch too)

The hat comes from the 2008 season at the old stadium. Penny in the band not shown.

Mussina jersey to bring pitching luck.

This T-shirt was my Dad’s. When he passed, I inherited alllll his Yankees shirts including this mock neck 2000 Yankees shirt, which my mom probably bought at the old Route 1 Flea Market in NJ?

My dad looooved the Yankees and would’ve enjoyed last nights game so much. Even when he was at his worst with Alzheimer’s he still loved watching baseball and still knew the players and could follow the action. He couldn’t remember who won five minutes later but he had such joy and enjoyment while watching the games! Wearing his shirts to games I feel a little bit like he’s still there with me, you know?

That’s him in Tampa in the last slide, on a spring training day when the Yankees gave out replica World Series rings.

Since they won last night I’m keeping the outfit the same except for the undershirt. Same Mussina jersey, same hat. This is the Mussina jersey I won at the Jersey Shore in 2001 the day after he pitched an ALMOST perfect game at Fenway Park, so you can see why it’s the best to wear against the Red Sox.

See you at the ballpark tonight!

Come with me to Fenway Park for Pokemon Night!

Great job by the Red Sox keeping us informed that the game time had changed to much earlier so they could get the game in before the nor’easter could really hit.

Those with the Pokemon ticket got a special Pokemon themed jersey (it’s really nice!) in one of the Pokemon team colors. Thanks @jtkantor for the theme song!

This was supposed to coincide with the Pokemon Go City Safari in Boston and surrounding communities (shout out Malden!!) but the weather forced that to be called off. Hoping we get a reschedule date soon.

It’s no mystery why they call Angel Stadium the “Big A”! And the Angels really lean in on the A theme…

One more video about #MajorLeagueMovie ! I can’t be the first to notice the obvious parallels between Major League and #TedLasso - but screenwriter David S. Ward told us there was one more big big similarity that audiences never got to see.

Did the movie Major League have an unintended effect on the Cleveland baseball team?
