When your friend just so happens to open her very own bakery, I had to come and show my support. I rocked up and was amazed at all the people Mia! Everyone enjoying their purchases, I happily joined the queue in the sunshine! When I left more people came! The staff were so friendly and you could see working hard to get to everyone! Well done Mia it’s a huge success already and just what village needed. Il be back 🥰😋😋keep up the good work your smashing it xx taken in Copthorne, West Sussex by @whyman.rachel

What I get up when I’m not working or parenting 😜 3 years I’ve been doing pole and love it! I don’t even mind bruises anymore. Need something keep me busy!

Here we have Rocket Man….have a guess with that picture. Arm killer but fun to get!

Archer / Butterfly/ Extended Butterfly / D / Layback Cross Knee Release / Brass Monkey and split thingy move!

Are you ever done in pole?….Answer is never! There is so much to learn from combos, moves and variations it’s endless. That’s why I love it always something to reach for.

Can you do all the moves?…..Nope but sure have fun as hell trying…..and if not then you adapted version.

Have you fell? You might slip, or have plonk down harder than you like but no. You’re always shown safely how to come out of move and we all look out for each other.

Does it hurt? No not always….but you condition to it.

Why do you love it? I have met best bunch ladies I could ask for that I get train with each week! Plus keeps me fit and strong 💪🏻

What else do you love most? When u get a move that’s been bugging you for weeks u finally get the dam move! Oh and “ now take arm off when your in it” or “ now reach for the leg” what this leg 🦵 lol 😂

Your never to old try something new and push yourself so if you were thinking about don’t think just do it! Your have lots fun 🤩 along the way. 🥰

Thank you to @becky_simplybfit for your support and encouragement us girls would be lost without you!

Thank you to Louise for the pictures I forgive you for making me do Rocket man 4 times lol 😂 🫶 hope see you again.

That’s all from me xx 😘 by @whyman.rachel
