I wasn’t always in shape. I was the fat and got skinny kid lol.

Then I became the kid who lost himself. I had to learn.I had to fail.i had to humble myself and become a student.

Hiring a coach..surrounding myself with the right people, and putting in the work changed everything.

The physique is just the outcome.

The real transformation was the person I had to become to build it.

The journey is the point.

It’s seeing what you don’t see.Fixing what you don’t feel.Correcting what’s been holding you back.

It’s knowing when to push when to adjust and when to demand more out of you. It’s making sure every rep is clean every set has purpose and every session moves the needle.

A lot of people work hard and stay the same.
Because effort without direction only takes you in circles.
