I enjoyed myselt at the first Flow & Faith class hosted by @cash.che and @iamindigochanel last November. The ladies cultivated the environment so well that it felt as if I was amongst family. While the vibes were definitely there, so was the workout, I had to stop and get myself together more than a few times lol. Definitely check these ladies out if you’re looking for a wellness class in the DMV area.
