🎾 ASICS — Designed Around Your Movement

What if your tennis shoes could understand the way you move?

It all starts in Kobe, Japan — where science and technology shape every ASICS innovation.

From Australian Open 2025, to the ASICS research journey in Melbourne, exploring biomechanics, data, and AI.

In 2026, the journey continued to Human Fab, France, and Patrick Mouratoglou Tennis Academy, experiencing the latest GEL-RESOLUTION 10 and SOLUTION SPEED FF 4.

For me, it’s more than just a shoe.
It’s comfort. Stability. Support. Performance.

Technology designed around the athlete.

Sound Mind, Sound Body.
A healthy mind. A healthy body.
One movement. One purpose.

Coach Wibowo — Keep Moving. Keep Learning. Keep Evolving.

Happy, passionate, and grateful to see my dreams becoming reality. Always blessed, always learning, and no matter how far I go, I’ll always choose to stay humble. ❤️

STOP SWINGING YOUR VOLLEY!

A good volley is all about control, not power.

Remember these 4 key points:

1. Firm wrist – Keep it stable.
2. Contact in front – Meet the ball early.
3. Continental grip – Keep the racket face slightly open.
4. No follow-through – Short, compact, and controlled.

Less swing, more control. That’s the secret to a better volley!

TWO-HANDED BACKHAND: CONTACT IS NOT THE END!

After contact, DRIVE FORWARD FIRST, THEN BRUSH UP!

✅ Drive the racket forward through the ball.
✅ Brush up to create topspin.
✅ Finish with a complete follow-through.

Remember: Forward first, brush up next!

See you on the court! by @wibowohadisubroto

DOUBLES IS NOT JUST ABOUT POWER. IT’S ABOUT STRATEGY!

Many players focus on technique and powerful shots, but do you really know your role in doubles?

In the Wibowo x Dunlop Tennis Workshop, we break down the responsibilities of all four players on the court:

🎯 The Server
🎯 The Server’s Partner
🎯 The Returner
🎯 The Returner’s Partner

Every player has a different responsibility, positioning, and decision to make.

Great doubles is not about waiting for your opponent to make a mistake. It’s about knowing what to do, when to do it, and why.

That’s why tactics and strategy should be learned from the beginner level all the way to advanced play. Build your decision-making skills early, develop different tactical options, and learn how to adapt to different opponents.

Technique gives you the weapons. Tactics and strategy teach you when and how to use them.

✅👇 Do you play doubles with a clear strategy, or do you simply rely on technique and power?

6 IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF THE NON-DOMINANT HAND IN FOREHAND

🎾UNIT TURN & SHOULDER ROTATION
Membantu memutar bahu dan upper body saat persiapan forehand. Rotasi yang baik membantu menghasilkan power dari tubuh, bukan hanya dari lengan.

🎾TRACKING THE BALL

🎾PREPARATION & RACQUET CONTROL
Membantu mengarahkan raket saat persiapan, khususnya ketika melakukan unit turn. Tangan kiri kemudian melepaskan raket secara alami sebelum forward swing.

🎾CREATING SPACE & CONTACT POINT
Membantu menjaga jarak antara tubuh dan bola, sehingga pemain dapat melakukan contact point di depan tubuh tanpa merasa terlalu sempit.

🎾 BALANCE DURING ROTATION & FOLLOW-THROUGH
Membantu mengontrol rotasi tubuh ketika melakukan forward swing hingga follow-through, sehingga pukulan lebih stabil dan gerakan tidak kehilangan keseimbangan.
