Where does one even begin with recapping the unbelievable day we had yesterday?! 🙌💪🔥

Yesterday we hosted our first powerlifting competition at Wicked Fit, the 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙘

Thank you to the amazing @coach_mel_valdez and @mckfitty_j for coming up with this idea for our community

I am blown away at how incredible our members are that competed, and how freaking strong they are!!!!

It is hard to put into words what it feels like to have witnessed every single one of these wonderful humans pushing themselves, getting out of their comfort zone, and achieving something they each have worked so hard for 🥹💪

And we couldn’t have done this without Lily helping stack & rack the weights all day 🙌 @lilyaiko

We are so grateful for our incredible community at Wicked Fit 🫶

If you love lifting heavy sh*t, a little friendly competition, and a great community our Strength Classic is for you!

This event is open to ALL fitness levels and community members (you don’t have to be a Wicked Fit member). It’s a great opportunity to show off what you’ve got!

We could not be more thrilled to welcome Michaelangelo to the Wicked Fit team!! 🙌💪

Michaelangelo is from Southern Cali and is a US Navy Vet. He’s worked in bars, kitchens, bakeries, garden centers, has taught people how to write in English, & has been a swim instructor. He loves to help people and to be able to teach and learn. He has been a personal trainer for 4 years and is bringing all his knowledge and experience to our community and we can’t wait!

Michaelangelo loves stories, whether they’re being told through film, books, etc. He enjoys going to Mt. Laguna when he feels like he needs to get away and immerse himself in nature. He is an avid flower lover & keeps a bouquet at home at all times

Michaelangelo will be coaching on Wednesday mornings at 6&7am and subbing! Make sure to check out his classes and give him a warm welcome 🌞
