And somehow…. We have a four year old! AJ is so much fun, she’s hilarious, beautiful, full of joy, and the sassiest of diva queen. She loves her brother so patiently and never leaves him out (even when he may want her to). But she also loves so fully, she is obsessed with her mama and daddy, a good tutu with every. single. outfit so she can twirl, loves her grand and great-grand parents, and is such a great friend.

For those that don’t know, yesterday was National AMC awareness day. @amcsupport

Before Cal was born, we had never even heard of Arthrogryposis, but since that moment 19 months ago we have studied this complex, prayed, have been prayed for, and been to more doctors appointments than we have ever been to in our lives.

Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita is a complex, not disease, that limits joint mobility and muscle growth and is normally tied with a genetic mutation or neurological specialization. We continually thank God that Cal is not in those two categories, however his complex has its own complications.

Calvin does not let his complex or current condition hold him back in the slightest. He is one of the funniest, joyful, loving and easy going dudes you will ever meet. He is obsessed with his big sister, who is equally as in love with him. He loves going to @crosspointchurch.info, loves any ball he can get his hands on, climbing, throwing, drumming, and cheese. He loves a good worship session if @cecewinans is on, and will point out every ceiling fan at every establishment he is in.

This journey with Cal is still new to us all, but this little guy is tough as nails and God has incredible things in store for our little man.

Thank you Jesus for my incredible family, a great team of doctors, my amazing wife who I love so much more every day, and thank you Jesus for William Calvin Justice. You are a stud. by @wil_justice

Today, our William Calvin is a year old. It is such a blessing to be his Dad. He is the sweetest, most loving, smiling, and observant little man. A year ago, we weren’t sure what this year would hold for Cal but God is greater than any medical degree and prayers have been answered every day.
