POSTS STORIES REELS

Heyyy, I’m Ava!

I’m a hairstylist, and I’ve been out of cosmetology school for almost a year now!! I love vivid colors, alternative cuts, curly hair, fun designs, fades, layers, and perms! When I’m not doing hair, I love art, drinking coffee, getting tattoos, being outside, and playing with my kitties! I’ve been so incredibly happy with my clients and my job at @salon80hairstudio I can’t wait to keep growing with you guys!

PREBOOK!!

My books are filling up, so to make sure you get your appointments set up early! I have a couple haircut spots left in August, but colors and perms are booking for September!

Fox Tips!!

Decided to post two in one because it’s a similar process with such different results! For the blonde, I did a full corrective foil, toned, and then added the purple into black on the tips. With the traditional fox tips, I enhanced her natural orangey reddish color and added the black tips at the end! I love doing fox tips because cutting the layers and finishing with a blowout is always SO FUN! They look gorgeous and it’s such a flowy look without too much effort. ;)

What do you prefer? The vivid or natural fox tips?

Fruity Pebbles Hair!!

This was Reese’s first time doing rainbow, and it was so fun! We did a bleach and tone retouch, and I colored strands in different @dangerjonesbold colors! Finished with taking a selfie in the mirror duh

Pink stripes all over!

Using all @dangerjonesbold for the formulas- cheap date for light pink, hustler, and hustler x dopamine for the dark pink! I love how it turned out :)

Hair Date!

It’s so fun to get to work with both of them at the same time, and it’s super fun to get your hair done with your partner! Highly recommend ;)

Book you and your partner or friend an appointment for November!

Halloween hair!!

I love the classic orange and black for Halloween! We did ghost roots and bleached tips this time, and added stripes over bright orange! Using burnout and Hotwire from @dangerjonesbold I created this orange, and it turned out perfect :)

Book your Halloween hair! There’s only a few more appointments left in October!

TIGRESS STRIPES

Okay I know I always post stripes, but these ones are just too good! She wanted a headband sectioning with stripes underneath and in her curtain bangs! This was such a fun placement on black dyed hair where the natural lift can be more on the yellow/orange side. The goal was blue, but we LOVED the lightened look by itself so we kept it! It turned out so pretty!

Would you do this after having dark dyes in your hair??

X’s and O’s

I’m in loooove with this hair omg! Eva’s starting to branch out with vivid colors and fun patterns lately, and it’s so much fun! She wanted the blue, brown, and blonde with X’s, and I wanted to add stripes, so we did it all! We used @aveda high lift enlightener, and @dangerjonesbold for the blue. It’s giving Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish Hair, and I want to eat it! Anyone else?

Halloween Prisms!!

Using neon green, blue, and purple, we were able to create this awesome (almost rainbow) prism look! They had some pink that did NOT want to fade, so I incorporated it into the stripes on the bottom! I love this cut and color to death it turned out so good!

Stripey Stripeys!

This is so cute! I’m obsessed with the alternating stripes and solid blonde color chunks! Using @aveda highlift enlightener we didn’t even have to tone her natural lift! Such a good way to incorporate fun designs while keeping it natural ;)

Book your fall appointment before Halloween!
