Mauaji ya wanawake yameongezeka, sisi wanawake tumekataa kushuhudia wanawake wenzetu kuendelea kufa.

Tumesimama kudai haki kwaajili yao, siku ya leo tumeitisha mkutano wa waandishi wa habari kusema kwa nguvu ya pamoja jinsi tunachukizwa na mauaji ya wanawake nchini.

Tunadai ulinzi na usalama wa wanawake kwani hatuko salama mpaka wote tuwe salama.

WiLDAF Tanzania was honoured to welcome Martin Deroover, Head of Cooperation,@belgiumtanzania who visited our organisation to gain deeper insights into our work, institutional challenges, and key advocacy priorities in advancing the rights of women and girls.

The engagement provided an important opportunity to highlight WiLDAF Tanzania’s commitment to challenging discriminatory systems, strengthening access to justice, ending gender-based violence, and advancing gender equality through law and feminist advocacy.

We believe that meaningful partnerships, strategic collaboration, and sustained commitment are essential to dismantling barriers to justice and building a society where every woman and girl can fully enjoy her rights, live free from violence, and participate equally in decision-making.
