Firm believer that every single person in the world needs to experience collective effervescence at least once in their lifetime. 💕✨

It’s the feeling that happens when thousands of people come together through music and, for a little while, everyone is completely present in the same moment. You’re dancing with your friends and thousands of other people, and there’s this shared sense of joy, freedom, connection, and belonging that’s honestly hard to describe until you’ve experienced it yourself.

And no, it has nothing to do with drugs. You can absolutely experience this completely sober, we’re two years sober 💪🏻.
It comes from the music, dancing, being surrounded by people who are just as excited to be there as you are, and feeling the energy of an entire crowd experiencing something together.

That’s what makes music festivals so amazing to me. Of course the artists, production, stages, lights, and bass are incredible—but the best part is the feeling you get being there. For a few days, you get to forget about normal life and disconnect from reality, but reconnect with humanity. You dance till you can barely walk, head bang till you pull something, have so much fun with your friends, meet people you probably never would have met otherwise, and just genuinely enjoy being alive.

There really aren’t many places where thousands of completely different people can come together and feel that much happiness and connection at the same time.

That’s collective effervescence. And if you’ve experienced it, you know exactly what I mean. 💕🎶✨

Life with you is more than a dream come true, it’s endless prayers come true that I’ve prayed for my whole life. These are some of my favorite pictures of us from our engagement trip 💍to Japan. Reliving one of the best experiences of my life, and now… we’re MARRIED 😭❤️ so I guess we have to go on an even greater adventure next! From the most precious moments to the nastiest 😳🔥😝 Whether we’re road tripping to follow Fred or going to festival after festival after festival I loveeee dancing with my guy and all our friends till the sun comes up 🥹💕💃🏼🪩🕺🏼These memories mean everything to me and I’m sooooo grateful to be sharing them with my other half and alll the homies! Thank you to all my friends that have danced with me, loved me, and made me feel welcome and free to be myself. Dancing at music festivals is one of the most therapeutic and life changing experiences I’ve ever had. The wholesome acceptance, love and pure joy everyone feels together is so beautiful. I’ve been shy and self conscious my whole life about so many things, but when you realize nobody cares and everyone is just there to have fun then suddenly all the fears and insecurities go away and you just DANCE!!!! But the most beautiful part that has changed my life forever is feeling this much joy and love from Bruce while having the security to be my true, wild, authentic self and know he loves me unconditionally. 🥹😭❤️💕❤️💕

These are some of the most fun and epic experiences I’ve ever had, dancing with the love of my life and my best friends. 🥹💕

Had too much fun making this like a scrapbook, but seriously, pure joy is dancing with your best friends, I can’t recommend it enough. 🥰

Then Bruce, the love of my life and forever dance partner has been down for every crazy adventure whether we’re driving around the country chasing @fredagainagainagainagainagain or going from one music festival to another, I’m so grateful I’ve found my other half. We truly are living our best life and working so hard to do so.

My heart is so so so so so so so so so so full.
