Why hire me as your agent?
Because I don’t treat buying or selling a home like a transaction — I treat it like a life transition.

I pay attention to the real life stuff:
• how your home needs to support your family
• your stress level during the process
• your long-term vision, not just the deal

I bring strategy, calm, and honesty to the table, and I don’t disappear once the papers are signed. I’m here before, during, and after the keys are handed over.

Homes are where life happens.
I take that seriously.

Working on the scope of work for our ADU today—and this is where the real money is made or lost.

Big lesson as we move into flipping homes in Arizona: clarity matters.

Knowing your kitchen design, tile, cabinets, colors, and materials before talking to contractors avoids contingencies that cost you time, energy, and money.

Business mindset first. Design with intention.

This is how real estate is built behind the scenes.

I blink, and they’ve changed. 🥹 I wish I could slow it all down and speed it all up at the same time. I want to hold onto these little moments forever, but I can’t wait to see who they become. 🤍
