The words I never thought I’d say, even after being reminded a thousand times: sometimes you just have to take the leap into the complete unknown. Trust your heart over your head. Take the risk—deep down, you just know when it’s worth it.

This lesson keeps coming back to me at every step of my journey. Now more than ever, as I settle into my new studio home, I’m living a dream I’ve held since the day I started teaching.

Keep an eye out for more evening classes dropping soon—and come experience the magic (and historic exposed brick) in person by @wildbexs

Facing the facts on this one .. my personal asana practice has taken a hit. I wish I could take an hour to 2 hours to pratice like I used to, but life and dreams sometimes comes first.

Now there are other parts of the yoga practice that also make a difference.. I’ve been really into breathwork (pranayama ) and Svadhyaya aka self-study lately; like just the more slower alone things to balance out all the ‘go, go’ , the fire inside.

But when I do get that hour or two (which I’m a sucker for 2 hours - hello primary & rocket 🤪) , I come back to always see how much more depth lies inside just a little step more forward.

My own journey has always been when I come back to class- there’s just something special about thinking ‘oh shit, so I guess I can do that now. For me every milestone , win , goal , in life has come back to me on my mat to mirror what’s truly possible. by @wildbexs

You know I always look back to this photo thinking alright so I def had no idea what I was doing then. But I was experimenting all that I did know at the time. Like 70% the answer was I don’t know but let’s try anyways to my own self inquires. 😂

I was just starting to get the gist of things from teaching styles to making business decisions about this whole yoga teaching thing.

Just a little more now I have a better baseline to this thing I so deeply love to do each and every time . by @wildbexs

Nostalgia is hitting hard looking back at this moment—my very first studio series while learning the true power of hands-on assists.

To be completely honest, incorporating this skill was terrifying at first. Being naturally really sensitive to energy, I had no idea how to create a boundary between their experience and mine. Beyond that, the sheer vulnerability of physical touch scared me to my core.

Holding space for someone else’s release while navigating my own energy was entirely new territory. But every bit of discomfort was worth it.

It’s that subtle sigh of relief, the unconscious melting of tension under my hands, and the moment a student realizes they are completely safe to drop their guard. That is why I do this. It takes genuine courage to show up as you are, and I’m honored to hold the space for it.

I’m still learning more and more how deep this truly goes but I really love that I get to be your guide , open your world to more moonshot dreams ; with a huge smile that’s says I know that you can, lets chase it together. by @wildbexs

Okay so maybe it was just a confidence thing after all…

Once I said running is boring then weeks later I tired again and haven’t turned back since- that was 4 years ago.

Now I’m thinking about either a BQ , a 100 miler or the Chamonix- either one or all there 🤪 by @wildbexs

Saturday, October 3rd, 2026: Race the Perimeter NYC (Team Relay with Premature Accelerators) ✨

This was tough and slightly confusing, but we still had a lot of fun as far as unsanctioned races go! 😄 My teammates and I were each responsible for running 6 miles before passing the baton to the next person. My section started at mile 18.1 with hills, and I still kept running after passing the baton to Bex because I still had to get my long run in for marathon training. It was very sunny and really hot as we ran, with lots of construction, stoplights, and occasionally we had to slow down and walk to navigate around crowds and strollers along the route. Sometimes an unsanctioned race will test your patience and endurance more than speed through the streets, piers, and the park.

Our team chat kept us motivated and laughing all throughout the race, and it was great to finally meet some of my teammates in real life after months of planning. It truly was quite the adventure to run around the edge of Manhattan!

Now that I know what it’s like, I’d run it back next year! 😄🙌🏼✨

Would gladly do this again for fun!

Thought it was a really bad idea at first- you know the sun that’s trying to kill Mario , thats exactly how I felt running the waterside downtown from W69th street to the finish.

but after a while on course .. now I see why Unsanctioned is much fun. So much madness and strategy all in community to the finish.

Best way to come back into racing after months off since my first ultra in May ❤️

Repeat lessons on my mind lately :
1. Liquid gold reminds us of the present , the glimmers of everyday life we often forget about

2. Unmasking is very hard , let alone the pattern to people please but once you be who you are , there’s so much freedom

3. Support so much support comes from places that you never would expect

4. Sometimes in all the doing, you just gotta sit and do nothing . Let it integrate and observe the object / thing

5. The magic is in just doing it anyways; all those moonshot daydreams. Just constantly reminding myself .. why not you?

Just Ongoing lessons from early on in my journey repeating themselves by @wildbexs

Haven’t raced since May … feels good to race again. This time for a race I had my eye on since last year whether solo 31 miles or with a relay team- I was going to do it regardless aka Race the Perimeter (did this first round with a team )

I took months off just because it was a huge mental load off. Really hard work to have the pace I have, or to accomplish those prior race goals. Now things have shifted just a little bit , but one thing I will say … I’ve never been more happy to be a runner truthfully then day one of this particular journey. I know by heart I’m fast to get faster but completely happy where I’m at even now.

Back to running because it simply feels good, no time to chase or races to finish - just movement by @wildbexs
