We believe that empowering women goes beyond inspiration. It requires action, access, and community. When women are supported in their mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellness, they lead stronger, build healthier communities, and create opportunities for the next generation. Today and every day, we honor the women who rise, lead, and uplift others along the way. Happy International Women’s Day. 💜 #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2026 #WILDEWomen #WomenInLeadership #IWD #EmpoweredWomenEmpowerWomen by @wilde_inc

Today, some members of the Women in Leadership Development and Empowerment Inc - @wilde_inc Community had the honor of attending the private homegoing service of our beloved sister, Mrs. Charlotte Miller-Lacy. What was evident throughout the service was just how deeply Charlotte was loved, respected, and cherished. Her legacy of service, compassion, and leadership lives on in the countless lives she touched and the community she helped build. The impact she made will continue to be felt for generations to come. As Charlotte often referred to it, her “steady love” with Mr. Lacy was beautifully reflected in his heartfelt tribute to their extraordinary love story. To Dr. Melody Phillips, the entire Lacy family, our WILDE community and other communities that surrounded them with love and support, thank you for honoring our sister’s life so beautifully. It was truly a celebration of a life well lived. There will be a public viewing tomorrow. As we continue to mourn her loss, let us also commit to carrying forward her vision through the MSK Community Center and helping fulfill her dream of bringing I Am My Sister’s Keeper programs into every school across Delaware. My Sister, My Keeper, as you would often text Dr. Eunice Gwanmesia and I in our group chats, thank you for the love, wisdom, encouragement, and sisterhood you shared so freely. Thank you for the role you played in our lives. We miss you dearly. Rest well in Paradise, Sis. Your work here is done, but your legacy lives on. Today, we celebrated a GIANT. Continue to rest on until we meet again. 🌹🙏🏽 Support Charlotte’s legacy through the MSK Community Center: MSK Community Center Legacy Fund https://givebutter.com/MSKCC by @wilde_inc
Happy Mothers Day@💐 To every mother in our community globally, thank you for the love, strength, sacrifices, and care you give so freely every day. I hope today reminds you that you deserve to be celebrated too. May you feel celebrated, appreciated, and poured into today the same way you continuously pour into everyone else. Thank you for leading with strength, grace, and purpose every single day. 💐 Wishing you the most joyful Mother’s Day. Dr. Linda Arrey @linda_arrey #happymothersday❤️ by @wilde_inc
Her Voice. Her Impact. Her Legacy. | Women’s History Month As we close out both this powerful series and Women’s History Month, we do so with deep gratitude and pride. To every phenomenal woman who participated in the WILDE Women of Purpose Series, thank you for sharing your voice, your story, and your purpose. Your courage, authenticity, and impact have reminded us all of what is possible when women show up fully and lift others along the way. This series was more than a celebration. It was a movement of voices, a reflection of leadership, and a testament to the power of women walking boldly in purpose across every space. To our WILDE community and beyond, thank you for engaging, supporting, and celebrating these incredible women. And as we continue beyond this month, we leave you with the question that brought us all together: What does being a woman of purpose mean to you, and how are you using your voice, gifts, or story to uplift others? #HerVoiceHerImpactHerLegacy #WomenOfPurpose #WomensHistoryMonth #WILDEWomen #WomenInLeadership #WomenOfImpact by @wilde_inc
