This work is essentially where my journey of the surreal, macabre, pain, and death began looking back at it I’m so glad I started this journey and I’m no where near the end!#art #artist #artwork #crosshatching #surreal by @wilder_creation

My next pendant is printed out and ready to be cast in silver I’m hoping to avoid any disappearing silver this round! The work is inspired from H.R. Giger and earlier renditions of aliens with large eyes. Then I decided to cross a scorpion and a human anatomy to create the desired effect! #art #horrorartist #horror #hrgiger @hr_giger_museum #metalcasting by @wilder_creation

Another finished work!! This piece is about 12 inches tall, and it’s my rendition of a traditional Appalachian folk art Face Jug. I utilized the pinch and coil building technique for building the base jug as well as hand building for the eyes, nose, mouth, and horns. Then going back in after and carving the detailing out to create texture. For the final look I sprayed black inkspot glaze then going back in and adding a second coat of valentine on top to create the amazing red and black surface. While spraying I taped over the parts of the eyes and teeth I wanted to add white to with a brush after both coats of spraying. #art #appalachian #pottersofinstagram #folkart #horror by @wilder_creation

After two failed casts due to silver literally disappearing into thin air, and loosing 70 grams of silver due to said Houdini act done by the silver I finally have this work fully casted out! This work is inspired by traditional shrunken heads, and is a manifestation of what I feel a punk shrunken head may appear as if they were to exist. #artist #horror #jewelrydesigner #silvercasting #artjewellery by @wilder_creation
