When the view looks like you’ve stepped into a postcard 🛶🇨🇦

From an all night canoe trip to witness the first light over Spirit island in Jasper National Park, Alberta.

We paddled through 4 seasons to get here including a thunderstorm which sent us frantically off the water as the lightning lit up the sky. I also saw my first ever Northern lights dancing over the mountains as we approached this magical place under the cover of darkness. We were gifted with a few hours of calm before the torrential rain arrived making the paddle back feel like a fight for survival at times. Let’s just say I’ll never forget my first visit to this stunning spot!

Can’t beat summer days at the lake 🛶

Last week I spent a perfect evening exploring one of my favorite lakes with my new @aquamarinaglobal Revolution paddleboard. Getting out on the water is a great way to find solitude and I love seeing places from a new perspective.

I absolutely love that this paddleboard comes with an electric pump, making getting out on the water a breeze! It also packs down conveniently into a backpack so is super easy to throw in the car and head out on a last minute adventure.
