An Extra Special Bitter (ESB) collab with our friends at @requiembier. This beer represents our collective love for English beer 🖤

𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 • 𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐑𝐀 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 • 𝟓%
This English style Extra Special Bitter (ESB) is brewed in collaboration with our friends Josh and Kevin from Requiem. They are working on opening up a place of their own, but in the meantime, they are distributing some really delicious beer along the East coast. Brewed with a base of assorted Simpson’s malts from the U.K. and hopped in the mash with whole leaf Emperor hops from @charlesfaram. It’s hopped throughout the boil with traditional East Kent Goldings, followed by steeping some whole leaf Olicana hops from the U.K. in the whirlpool. Notes of earthy tea with honey, toffee, and slightly overcooked biscuits. by @wildfernbrewing

A hazy pale ale brewed with our hazy IPA base of Pilsner malt & flaked oats and wheat for a full mouthfeel. Hopped in the whirlpool with NZ Rakau and dry hopped with Rakau, Motueka, Peacharine, and Nelson Sauvin. We brewed this beer for @melesaswings , a fundraiser for cancer research founded by a friend who lost his mother to her battle with cancer. We brewed Soar in honor of Terri, owner/brewer Julie’s mother who beat her battle with breast cancer and is now in remission! We are donating $1 from each draft pour to the American Cancer Society.

A German Pilsner that is brewed in the Northern German style, which leans more hop forward, dry, and crisp with less malt sweetness. The base begins with a blend of our favorite Weyermann malts from Germany and is hopped throughout the boil with our favorite German hop, Hallertau Blanc. Fermented with our house lager yeast and carbonated naturally throughout the lagering process. Notes of fresh lemon zest, crackers, and black peppercorns. by @wildfernbrewing

Finch is brewed in collaboration with our friend Dan from @dekkerabrewing, who is making some of the best saisons around. The name is an ode to the state bird of NJ, a state that has a special place in our hearts. It’s brewed with Pilsner malt and spelt from Rabbit Hill in Shiloh, NJ and hopped in the boil with Czech grown Saaz. Hopped with NZ Peacharine and Motueka in the whirlpool and dry hopped with the same. Fermented with our favorite French saison yeast for a dry and peppery yeast character. Notes of crisp pears, lime zest, and yellow peach. #slowpour #slowpoursaison #hailsaison #believeinsaison by @wildfernbrewing
