One of our favorite parts of bringing Woven Worlds Summit to life is getting to share space with and support local businesses who pour so much love into what they do.

Hello Fern Family!
Shan and I have been so overwhelmed with all the love y’all have been showing us and requests for personal boxes!! We decided to just do a box sale this weekend just for fun!!
Who needs a reason or holiday to eat good food?👀 Def not us!

DM us to place an order and pick up will be Saturday!

You can choose between our Light Box or Dark Box!

The Light Box will have lemon bar bites, Brie cheese, yogurt covered pretzels in addition to the classic fruits and meats.

Our Dark Box will be more chocolatey with brownie bites, smoked Gouda, chocolate covered pretzels in addition to the the classic fruits and meats.

The Family box will have both.

Mission Homecoming Event!
This event was so fun to prep and plan for! Lupe Vaaia served in the Texas Fort Worth Mission! Spanish speaking! We wanted to add some TexMex flavors in there so we added fresh tajin dusted mangos, Mexican wedding cookies & duras (Mexican wheel chips)!

Lupe’s parents and siblings put the cutest party together to celebrate her service as a missionary! We came early and got to see the effort, planning and prep first hand. So much love! It sure does! This is a sample of our 4 foot appetizer table!
Shan and I were laughing because as usual, we bought too much food, and had to take off decor to add more food. Seems like a good problem to have!
Every event and party is different! I love coming after a function and seeing what actually gets eaten. We want to make the most of your dollar!
There are a lot of common charcuterie foods that we don’t include in our tables. Because while they are traditional, ain’t nobody wanna eat that. 🤣🤣

Let’s do something with it! It’s time for a giveaway!!!

We want to give away TWO personal charcuterie boxes to your favorite Autism mommies or member of the autistic community. Being a mommy is hard. But being a mother to one with autism comes with its own special and unique set of experiences. We see you mommy. We want to treat you! And to our autistic community, we love you! We see you! As you can see we have both been blessed with Autistic family members. Shannon with her curious, potato chip loving, silly son Meili Si’i and Mele with her protective, strong & hilarious little brother Tau! We both have some skin in this game!

Kia Ora!
And Hello! My name is Shanon Pole’o and I am the other creator for Wild Ferns Charcuterie!
A bit about me, I was born and raised in Aotearoa New Zealand and we made our way to the states when I was 13. I have 4 pēpes and a shmexy hubby whom I love fiercely. We’ve lived in AK for 2 years now and previously lived in Southern Utah.
I come from a very big family in Aotearoa and our love of food and specifically, snacking, is borderline unhinged. I grew up on meat pies, fish n chips, cream donuts, and chocolate. The five main food groups.
I’ve been doing charcuterie and grazing tables for 5 years professionally now and am so excited to bring my knowledge to Alaska and I get to work with one of my fave people ever, Mele! Anyways welcome and thank you for following our journey and booking with us 👀😂 by @wildfernsak

Just wanted to take this time to introduce myself as one of the creators of Wild Ferns! My name is Mele Afu!! I was born and raised in Alaska. Came from a large Tongan family that loved to gather and loved to center our gatherings around food! I am so excited to be starting this business venture with my Māori counterpart Shanon! Especially in my home state! I’m a mother of 3 going on 4 this summer, wifey to my handsome Kava, a fur mama, and am a very open book!
