Before every coaching session, I pray. I pray for my clients, asking God to give them peace, clarity, and courage. I also ask Him to give me wisdom, discernment, and the words they need in that moment.

Before I pour into someone else, I first surrender my own heart to God so I can show up fully present.

There’s something deeply comforting about this: God is unwavering, but His plans are not rigid. He doesn’t panic at your detours.He isn’t surprised by your fear. He’s not thrown off by your missteps or even your disobedience.
