Two things about living at 9000 ft elevation is, the air is thinner, and EVERYTHING feels dryer

Wild For Oregon has me covered with everything I need for my body to stay hydrated this summer and I was so excited to try it all out! The Eucalyptus-lime chapstick has become my new favorite 🍋‍🟩💚 and the Lavender Lotion 🪻revives my skin after a day out on the trail.

Ahhhh, the sunbreaks are back and lingering just long enough to revitalize my soul before the rain returns.

I love the PNW, but when the rain persists through this ti.e of year I start to go a little crazy. This is one of those years where we have just enough sun in between the rains to keep me balanced.

I make sure to check on the blooming plants, trim up some perennials, and just lay in the grass.

I heard that the average American adult spends about 30 minutes a day outside. 🤯

At first I couldn't believe it, but when I think about it, I can see how that's true. Even for me. There are seasons of my life where the schedule is so full that I'm only outside to transport myself from one place to another. Or I'm inside working, and by the time I'm done, I have other things I need to do.

It's crazy that spending time outside can seem like a time luxury. Like something I need to schedule in. When I have some free time.

Spending time outside is so underrated. It's a way to reset the nervous system and get a little more in sync with yourself.

But, if you find yourself stuck inside more often than you'd like, we make some pretty cool things that can give you a little taste of the outdoors.
