Challenge 28/40: Bake something new

Making choux pastry with a child is not for the faint hearted 😂 The shapes were questionable but I am so impressed with us. We followed Paul Hollywood’s recipe and they tasted delicious!

Challenge 27/40: Get back on a pony/horse

I’ve wanted to do this for a while but after a particularly scary experience, I had lost my confidence in riding. So I’m very thankful to @sarahhelenhiggins for agreeing to come ride in the mountains with me (and be my moral support!)

We chose @grangeponytrekkingandbnb after seeing @thewelshcowboy visit recently and we couldn’t have been happier. Ethan was a great leader and my pony Warrior was a dream. What a day!

Can’t wait until Spring to experience it all again 🏔️🐴 by @wildheartedandwelsh
