In this Texas summer heat, you've got to stay cool. Another shot from one of my favorite shoots ever, which indeed occurred in the middle of summer. @addiebonbon made it all look effortless. I told her we'd be shooting with an old red truck. She showed up red lips, red nails, red bra. Perfect.

It's Matador Monday! The big three weren't the only ones going racing in the '60s and '70s. American Motors was very successful in the Trans Am circuit. They competed in stock car racing as well. The slippery shape of the Matador was promising. Until David Pearson showed up in his Mercury and whipped everybody. 😉 (See last slide.)

Trying to remember where I left off, four years and one brain scramble ago. Thank goodness I made notes. Now, if only I could remember where the notebook is... 🤷

More non-AI, actually me in the '80s content. Early '80s again. I had planted a seed from the previous year's pumpkin and this little orange globe was the result. I was so proud. It was too small to carve so it became fall decoration. Note the very '70s brown plaid couch. Also, my shirt is depicting a 1969 Dodge Charger jumping over some stuff. Can you name the show?

Out in the west Texas town of El Paso, you can be an all-around badass. From being a WWII veteran, a number one recording artist with crossover hits, inspiring future rock artists by deciding to keep some serendipitous distortion, to slinging big iron around the circle tracks.

Blue Monday! And so is the sky. Also, Badfinger is highly underrated.

Sunny Sunday! Backyard busyness. Bees and chickens are exceedingly industrious.
