For me, it’s also about remembering that just because something is right, it doesn’t mean it will feel easy or light all the time…

It’s about choosing the hard that’s aligned for you 💭👊🏻⛰️✨

What’s a quote you’re taking into 2026 with you? (I bloody love a quote if you can’t already tell by now 😅)

Hello 👋🏼 A little introduction to me and this page.

Life feels too short to not give these things a go..✨

If you’re following along on this journey, I’m so grateful. Thanks for being here🫶🏻❤️

Mental health is far too big a topic to fit into one post, so for World Mental Health Day, here are a few little reminders instead. 💖💕💗💞💓

Forever drawn to places that fill me with awe.

The kind that stop in your tracks and make you say HOLY MOLY.

Such a beautiful morning, it got me in the feels in the best way 🩵

I think this is a place I’d come if I felt sad, happy, or anything in between. There’s just something about being by the lake that feels very grounding for me. 🙏🏻🥹

Next time I’m going for the dip!! 🏊‍♀️❄️✨

Okay this feels slightly scary to post 😂

It’s definitely not perfect and nearly talked myself out of posting it altogether… but I think that’s kind of the point.

I want to get better at trying things before I feel completely ready, and hopefully encourage some of you to do the same.

So here we go 🥹

Mini Mic: Winter Hope 🌱🎤

One little reminder each week that there’s still a lot of good in the world ❤️

I’m an autumn gal.. Loving watching the seasons change here 🍂🌞🧡

The colours, the cooler mornings and those unexpected crisp bluebird days.

It all feels a little bit magic ✨🙏🏻

Yesterday’s hike ticked off two more Wainwrights:
⛰️ Dale Head (754m)
⛰️ Hindscarth (727m)

Slowly but surely making my way through them 🙌🏻

Our first summer in the Lake District and probably the most me and alive I have felt in a very long time…

My message to you is, it’s never a straightforward journey but if you are being pulled somewhere, don’t ignore the feeling.. as who knows what is waiting for you on the other side.

There were a lot of lows, stressful times and uncertainty leading up to being here (maybe to share at another time), but I would go through all of that again.

Trust yourself, it dosent have to make sense to anyone else ❤️✨⛰️🏃🏻‍♀️
