Happy Easter! by @wildolivescooks
SPICED MIXED NUTS These spiced nuts are inspired from my soul sister in Texas. She made me a differnt version of these spiced nuts may moons ago. The nuts a excellent for snacking or for a quick pick me up. 2 cups of your choice raw nuts 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Line a baking sheet and set aside. Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Place the 2 cups raw mixed nuts in a large bowl. Add the maple syrup and spices. Fold until covered. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Fold every 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn. Amore e Luce Janet by @wildolivescooks
Lemon Chia Pudding with fresh berries & dry roasted hazelnuts Super simple recipe. I would use full fat unsweetened coconut milk if you like a thicker consistency. I used Oatly brand 4 ingredient oat milk. It was a thinner consistency but excellent flavor. I would add ground cardamom to get a lovely flavor profile between the lemon and cardamom. Ingredients: Serves 1-3 1l4 cup chia seeds 3 tablespoons hemp hearts 1 1/2 cups your choicebof unsweetened plant-based milk 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1/4 cup raw unsweetened coconut flakes Optional: 1 teaspoon ground cardamom 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Toppings for serving: assortment of fresh berries 1/4 cup of unsalted nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, or pistachios. Place all the ingredients inba jar except the toppings. Mix well. Place in the refrigerator overnight for the best consistency. I stir once or twice if I see the chia seeds are clumping up. Enjoy! Chocolate-Cardamom-Coffee Cake Buon Compleanno to my best friend 🧡 3 days early but I wanted to share on this special day of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, Pisces sister sign. The New Moon in Pisces will be at the end of March so plant a seed and watch it grown and bloom into something amazing. Celebrate the people you love, time seems to slip away. One day you will look back at all the memories you made in living a life full of adventures and just smile for being able to share your life and have people share their lives with you. The people we care about always live on in our energies, in the beauty we see in nature, and in how the words they said made you feel! Godspeed Judy 💛 I will see you in the next life✨️ Amore e luce ✨️ by @wildolivescooks
