Grateful for the little things, the quiet moments, and the reminder that wellbeing is about more than what we put into our bodies.

It’s what we feed our minds, the energy we protect, the people we surround ourselves with, and learning to appreciate where we are right now.

A grateful heart.
A positive mind.
A little Wild Potion.

For years I was told to manage the symptoms. But living in constant pain wasn’t the future I wanted. So I started learning, researching, changing my lifestyle, and creating my own daily wellness rituals. It’s been a journey, and I’m still learning every day.

My mother-in-law drinks our Drift Off Tea every single night and absolutely swears by it.

No reminders needed… it’s become part of her evening ritual.

Who’s joining the bedtime tea club?

What started from pain became my passion project.

At Hats & Heels (Women’s Networking Event) this week, I had the opportunity to share the story behind Wild Potion and why it means so much more to me than just a business.

Wild Potion was born from my own health struggles and a journey to find ways to support my body naturally. What began as a personal search for answers slowly grew into a passion for wellness, and eventually into a business dedicated to helping others feel their best.

There were plenty of moments when I questioned myself. Moments when giving up would have been easier. But every challenge taught me something, and every step brought me closer to creating something that truly aligns with who I am.

Standing in front of a room full of incredible women and sharing that journey was both nerve-racking and rewarding. It reminded me that some of the most meaningful businesses aren’t started by spotting a gap in the market. They’re started by solving a problem you’ve lived through yourself.

Thank you to everyone at Hats & Heels for making me feel so welcome and for giving me the opportunity to share my story.
