First trug! Finally got a little weaving time in lately to finish the base I started way back when. Not always easy to carve out some time to weave with kiddos. This was a late night mission. My first in the woods willow installation. Step through the portal…if you dare!This was installed on Donner Summit for the Trails and Vista Art Hike this past weekend. Fun to stretch my wings into more artsy art with willow woven randomly instead of something with pattern and function, like a basket or a fence. by @wildsols

Really enjoyed the colors in this big willow tray. It’s a sign of a good gift when it feels hard to let go of. I’m grateful to have a craft that I have a craft that I love that I can share with friends and family. by @wildsols
