Nothing like a sweet treat to end the evening.

Our clients hosted their annual Barn Bash event and each year, we get excited to create a unique addition to their event. This year, they had custom branded pastries that went along with their western and barn motif, adding a fun and personalized touch to their event.

This live branding was a big hit with dessert lovers.

Let's create a unique experience for your guests at your next event.

Craving for something sweet?

We're not saying we're dessert experts, but we definitely know how to satisfy any sweet tooth. Our pastry team can create a variety of sweets from cakes, cookies, dessert shots, and everything else in between. They've created amazing sweets that would make Willy Wonka proud for our clients looking for something personalized and unique for their guests to enjoy.

If you're looking for classics, we also offer delicious options that are timeless and always a fan favorite for a guest list with different flavor preferences.

Of course, if your sweet tooth can't decide, there's nothing wrong with getting a bit of everything.

We don't make the rules but you need to add a Cannoli Concierge to your next event.

Trust us, this is the move.

Seeing the different moments that are captured on our client's big day really gives us the feels all over again.

We love seeing photos from our client's big day is a gift especially when we're in the moment during the day. Often times, we don't get to see the little moments that make their day special beyond just making sure that they have the most delicious bite of the day.

However, we can't take all the credit.

Working with our client's selected vendors, make it possible to create a picture perfect day. When we collaborate, we make our client's needs the top priority to ensure that they are not only having a wildly exceptional event experience, but that all their expectations are met or exceeded.

Cheers to many more beautiful events made possible with our event vendor community and collaboration.

Just a little break from your social media scroll.

Here's your reminder that if you need to make Thanksgiving plans, add our E.B.T.B. option to your planning this year.

You're welcome. 😉🔥🦃

There's a lot more that happens behind the scenes when we prepare for each of our events, especially when it comes to a busy week.

Beyond just the amount of prep that goes into ensuring hundreds of pounds of ingredients and food are being made, we also account for the equipment that we'll need for a successful event.

After each event, our team takes care of cleaning and getting each piece of equipment ready and prepared for the next one. Recently, we had a busy week serving over 6000 guests. We accounted for over 3000 pieces of equipment that we needed to take care of each part of the event from utensils to plates, chafing dishes to our ovens and other heating elements we bring to site.

We wanted to share a peek into a busy catering week by the numbers.

Rocket & Bodhi are at the offices doing their very detailed and thorough inspection of good vibes today.

If you ever find yourself coming in for a tasting or to meet with our team, chances are, you'll bump into these two handsome dudes. As they walk around the office, they remind our team of one of our favorite core values: Good Vibes.

So far, everybody has been passing the (good) vibes check!

There's just something about making a stand out display that really sets the stage for an incredible event.

Guests don't need to second guess where the food station is located or take out their phones to see what they're eating. Having a great food station set up and ample lighting makes the difference.

Its event details like this we make sure are considered when we help coordinate rentals and event logistics to have a successful event.

We're back with another installment of our behind the scenes series: Heard!

We followed our front of house team as they were setting up for a formal plated dinner for over 600 guests.

Here, our team talks about working together, the importance of dietary accommodation notations, the details that truly make these types of events possible.

This is just a small part of our day of preparation that goes on before guests are seated.

Who else should we mic up?
