I’ve been adventuring, traveling, doing multi sports, hosting retreats, and practicing mental health for over 10 years. I created this space for all of the women wanting to explore their own wild hearts.

our next group trip takes place in Ouray, Colorado, June 2027. We have two spots left to join - hot springs, hiking, climbing & a via ferrata all in one amazing 5 day trip. All of our adventure activities will be led by certified mountain guides.

Next stop, Ouray Colorado June 5-9, 2027

THIS IS YOUR SIGN ✨to join our beginner friendly trip! Most of the women in attendance are new to Climbing or have never climbed outdoors before. We will be guided by a local mountain school, featuring world class female climbers to support us along the way.

One full day of Rock Climbing, one day hiking to Hot Springs, and one full day on the Ouray via Ferrata. We will rest our heads at a local Hot Springs Lodge in town each night while we soak our sore muscles away.

The experience is completely different 👌🏼

this is a major tourist destination for cruise ships. Unless you have an insider, visiting the baths can turn a beautiful location into a pretty annoying one, just due to the sheer number of people there and bottlenecking through the entire trail.

like most popular national parks, it helps to know what the best times to go are to have the best experiences. This is where an advisor who’s been there, done that comes in.
