The wild within us is sacred. Beneath the pressure to perform and the roles we carry, there is a truer, freer part of us waiting to be remembered.

My retreats are an invitation to soften, unravel, and return to her. There, we meet her unseen depths, uninhibited joy, and liberated heart.

If this speaks to you, come and explore my retreats through the link in my bio or at wildwithclare.com/retreats

🌿 Hello 👋 I’m Clare — a traveller, teacher, and guide of inner 🌀 + outer worlds 🌍

My passion for yoga, holistic wellbeing + adventure has led me from tropical jungles to snowy forests, from London life to the Kent countryside — and now into a new chapter: Wild with Clare. 🌸

For 14+ years I’ve lived and breathed this work — founding The Quaives retreat centre, teaching yoga, sound healing + women’s wellness, and holding sacred spaces for transformation.

But my path began much earlier…
💃 As a child, I found freedom through dance + nature.
🪷 At sixteen, I discovered Eastern philosophy + meditation.
🧘‍♀️ At eighteen, yoga found me — and I knew I’d come home.

Since then, my journey has taken me through deep feminine awakening, motherhood, creating retreats, and rediscovering myself after profound change.

Now, at forty-one, I’m reborn — exploring life with wild grace, feminine wisdom + a deep love of adventure (and saunas!)🔥❄️

Through Wild with Clare, I guide retreats + 1:1 mentoring to help women rest, re𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒅 + rise — weaving yoga, Ayurvedic massage, sound, creativity, exploration, nature immersion + a big dose of intuitive magic 🪄🌙

✨ Join me for the next adventure. Links in bio 🔗 or send me a DM.

I look forward to connecting with you. Let’s Rest, Rewild & Rise together!

With love,
𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒙𝒙

❄️ JUST 4 SPACES LEFT! A Women’s Winter Escape to Finland 🇫🇮

19–25 February 2027

Imagine waking up to the stillness of a frozen lake, snow-covered forests and the warmth of a beautiful, cosy villa nestled in the heart of nature…

A week of nourishing yoga, deep relaxation, our very own sauna, snowy adventures, cosy fires and meaningful connections with a wonderful group of women.

But this retreat is about so much more than rest.

It’s about JOY. ✨

That childlike wonder of being somewhere extraordinary. The excitement of travelling somewhere new. The laughter, the friendships, the moments of stillness and the magic of feeling completely immersed in nature.

The group of women coming together already feels so special, and I honestly can’t wait to share this experience with them.

Whether you’re travelling solo or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed with open arms. No previous yoga experience is needed.

A chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and feel wonderfully alive again.

✨ And for those who’d love to extend the adventure…

There’s the option to enjoy an extra night in Helsinki, giving you a little more time to explore Finland’s beautiful capital before heading home.

🤍 Only 4 spaces remain.

I’d absolutely love for you to be part of it.

✨ Tap Learn More to discover the retreat and reserve your place.

With wild love,

Listen to the gorgeous Natalie reminisce about why our Finland retreat left such a lasting mark on her heart (and why she’s already planning her return!).

When I curate these retreats, my goal is to create a breathtaking space for deep rest, breakthrough moments, and unforgettable connections. Watching this footage back brings all those warm memories right back.

🌲 Ready to experience it for yourself? We are heading back to Finland on 19-25th February (with an optional 1 night extension in Helsinki).

✨ Click the link in bio to grab one of the limited spots before they’re gone!

A winter escape like no other… and we're going back! 🇫🇮❄️

After the most magical retreat in Finland this February, I'm so excited to be returning in February 2027!

And bookings are now officially OPEN, with just 6 spaces remaining after giving my Wild with Clare WhatsApp community first access! 🤍

We'll be returning to our beautiful lakeside villa in Finland's Lake District, surrounded by snow-covered forests, frozen lakes and the most incredible stillness.

Six nights of slowing down, reconnecting and enjoying that lovely balance of winter hibernation and adventure.

Think morning yoga, sound baths, nourishing food, wood-fired saunas, cosy fireside evenings and wonderful conversations.

And for those feeling adventurous, husky sledding, snowshoeing and perhaps even a dip in the icy lake! 🐾❄️

But what made this year's retreat so special wasn't just the place.

It was the women, the laughter, the friendships and the memories that stayed with us long after we came home.

And I can't wait to experience it all again with another lovely little group.

❄️ Finland Winter Escape | 19-25th February 2027 (with optional 1 night extension in Helsinki)

One of those moments I wish I could bottle up! 🤍❄️

Sitting around the fire, warming our hands, waiting for homemade soup and crusty bread, with the huskies still outside the window after an exhilarating sled ride through the snowy forest! 🐾

For many of us, it was our very first time husky sledding, and what an experience!

The excitement of the adventure, followed by the simple joy of getting warm and cosy together. These are the moments that stay with you. 🥰

This was Finland in February this year… and we’re going back! 🇫🇮✨

Bookings open to everyone this Thursday!

Just 8 spaces for our February 2027 retreat, and I can’t wait to see who’s coming along!

With wild love,
Clare xx 🤍 by @wildwithclare

February can feel like a month we’re just trying to get through…

But this year, eight wonderful women and I made it one of the highlights of our year! ❄️🤍

There’s something so magical about being warm and cosy inside, looking out at a world covered in snow.

The frozen lake, the beautiful stillness, the laughter, the friendships and those moments when you just stop and take it all in and think… wow, I’m really here! ✨

And the loveliest thing? Those good feelings didn’t end when we came home.

The memories, connections and joy rippled through the rest of the year, reminding us just how wonderful it feels to step away from everyday life and do something a little extraordinary.

Sometimes a few days away can stay with you for a whole year. 🤍

Feeling so grateful for the magic we shared in Finland. 🇫🇮❄️

With wild love,
Clare xx

What a storm we've had! 🍂

Watching the wind blowing through the trees has got me thinking about this season we're in, and how much it reflects the season of life I find myself in, too.

Autumn is such a time of letting go.

The trees don't cling on to their old leaves. They let them fall away. And if they're holding on too tightly, well, the storms certainly help them on their way!

It made me wonder…

Is there anything you're still holding on to, even though deep down you know it might be time to let go?

I've certainly been feeling this lately.

My beautiful wolf dog Xochi, who I had to say goodbye to last May, has been in my dreams the past two nights. Each night I've told her how much I love her. 🤍

Since losing her, there have been some other enormous things I've had to let go of too. It really has been a season of releasing leaves that have stubbornly hung on.

Sometimes only the storms can take them away.

And I've had to practise so hard not to let those storms rage inside me, especially with changing hormones shifting my inner landscape and making everything feel that little bit harder.

Yoga has been such a blessing, something I return to again and again. Alongside mindfulness, simple crafts, sound baths and curling up with a good book.

Little things that help me find my centre again.

Letting go isn't easy. The familiar can feel safer than the unknown.

But only when we let go, do we really make space for something new. New possibilities, experiences, connections, perhaps even a new version of ourselves.

And I think the real invitation is to trust.

To keep the faith and hold on to hope, even when we can't yet see what's coming next.

The trees will stand bare through winter, but spring will come again. 🌿

I'm feeling a big spark of excitement too, with new Wild with Clare retreats unfolding for 2027.

So wherever you find yourself, I hope you can soften your grip on whatever you're ready to release and trust that something beautiful may be waiting to unfold.

With wild love,
Clare xx 🤍 by @wildwithclare

Yesterday I received a message from a gorgeous client who has attended some retreats with me. She expressed how much she appreciates my openness and honesty in my newsletters and in sharing my personal journey. 🌺

To me, it always feels good to reach out and share. I guess openness with my community is a value for me, mainly because I also hope the women who come to my circles and retreats feel safe to do the same, if they feel called to, in the spaces I create.

All of us are welcome, and we have to keep reminding ourselves to embrace all the many facets that we are as women and as dynamic human beings.

We are truly amazing, and I am continually in awe of the strength, resilience and power of women. It keeps my faith and hope burning bright for a world that needs more authentic connection and warmth. 🌺

Stay wild. With love, Clare xx by @wildwithclare

I’ve been thinking a lot about this word lately 🌿

What does the word wild bring up for you?
How are you sensing your inner wild right now?

Tell me in the comments 💛
